Shen Shufen refused to listen to reason, forcefully pushing Qin Weiguo’s hand away with such strength that she almost knocked him over.

It was located in a secluded alley in town.

The elderly woman who directed Su Wantang and her companion looked back and forth at the two pretty girls.

With a curious expression, she asked, “Little girls, what are you doing at Hu Mazi’s house?”

Zhang Daniu immediately became alert, silently glancing at the old woman.

Su Wantang slightly raised her chin, calmly looking at the old woman without answering.

The old woman awkwardly smiled, quickly explaining, “I have no ill intentions! I just want to remind you two little girls that Hu Mazi’s house secretly runs a gambling den, it’s smoky and not a good place! You girls shouldn’t go alone, it’s very dangerous!”

Su Wantang nodded slightly, a faint smile curving her lips. “Thank you, auntie, for the warning! We’re looking for someone!”

Having said that, she unhesitatingly pulled Zhang Daniu’s hand and rushed into the alley.

In a short while, Su Wantang and Zhang Daniu successfully found Hu Mazi’s house.

At this moment, Hu Mazi’s front door was tightly shut.

Zhang Daniu immediately stepped forward and knocked hard several times, but no one answered.

Su Wantang approached the door, pressing her ear tightly against it, listening carefully to confirm that someone was inside.

She straightened up and decisively said to Zhang Daniu, “Zhang Daniu, move aside.”

Zhang Daniu quickly stepped aside. Su Wantang took a few steps back, like a small leopard ready to pounce.

Then, she suddenly rushed forward and kicked Hu Mazi’s door open!

The people gathered inside gambling were startled by the sudden loud noise, their eyes all turning to the doorway.

When they saw that the figures standing at the entrance were two little girls, their eyes widened in shock.

Hu Mazi’s son, Hu Sang, was the first to react. He frowned, stood up, and strode aggressively towards the two figures.

As he got closer, Hu Sang recognized one of the figures as Zhang Daniu.

As he walked, he angrily cursed, “You damn Zhang Daniu! Are you looking to die? You prodigal woman, you haven’t even stepped inside my house yet, and you dare to kick down my door! I’ll beat you to death today!”

Seeing Hu Sang approaching Zhang Daniu angrily, Zhang Daniu instinctively took a step back, a flicker of fear in her eyes.

Hu Sang then saw Su Wantang standing beside Zhang Daniu.

Su Wantang and Zhang Daniu stood together, appearing small and frail.

Furthermore, Su Wantang was naturally beautiful. After seeing her face clearly, Hu Sang’s heart suddenly fluttered, his eyes gleaming with lecherous light.

He leered, “Zhang Daniu, are you so scared of me that you brought a beauty to appease me? If you’d had this realization earlier, you wouldn’t have been beaten along with your grandmother… hahaha…”

Su Wantang slightly tilted her head, her eyes filled with coldness. She asked, “Were you the one who beat you and your grandmother yesterday?”

Zhang Daniu nodded heavily, “He led the attack, and everyone inside participated.”

After speaking, Zhang Daniu tugged at Su Wantang’s clothes.

She lowered her voice and whispered, “Xiao Wan, there are too many of them, we…should we just go to the police station first?”

Seeing the room full of men, Zhang Daniu began to feel fear, and a tinge of regret welled up in her heart.

These were all bad men. What if Xiao Wan got hurt because of her?

After hearing Zhang Daniu’s words, Su Wantang kicked Hu Sang, who was about to reach out and grab her.

The people in the room burst into laughter at this sight.

Hu Sang felt utterly humiliated. He glared fiercely at Su Wantang, who had already walked inside.

He scrambled to his feet and roared, “Damn it, where did this stinky woman come from! Dare to kick me! I’ll kill you!”

Su Wantang chuckled, stepped over the threshold, and walked inside. Zhang Daniu quickly followed behind her.

Hu Sang, having suffered a loss, cautiously took a few steps back. Seeing this, the others stood up, glaring menacingly at Su Wantang.

Hu Sang continued to roar, “Zhang Daniu, you dare to call for help? Wasn’t the lesson I gave you yesterday enough? Damn it! When you marry into my family, I’ll kill you!”
