Su Wan’s face turned red with embarrassment. Seeing his calm demeanor, and even teasing her calmly, made her angry.

She wished she could tear Gu Huaizhi’s calm mask.

“You…” As soon as Gu Huaizhi opened his mouth, Su Wan was emboldened, pounced on him, and bumped into his lips. She bit him in retaliation, and glared at him fiercely, “What’s wrong with hugging? I can still kiss, what can you do?”

Gu Huaizhi’s thin lips were chapped, and a drop of blood oozed out. He pressed his thumb on his lips to wipe it off.

His dark eyes were as deep as a cold abyss, staring at her unclearly. Upon closer inspection, there was a faint dark light surging, as if he was going to devour her in the next moment.

Su Wan’s heart throbbed, and she was instantly scared. She rolled off him and covered her head with the quilt.

She bit the quilt.
