Chapter 10: Did I Scare My Miss Wen?

Mei Yasha heard the commotion and slapped Di Dahu, who was sound asleep: “Someone’s here!”

Di Dahu jolted awake and immediately aimed his machine gun at the balcony below. Mei Yasha was speechless and slapped him again: “Inside, they’re coming through the side door!”

By the time they both reacted and returned to the second-floor hall, the dozen men downstairs had all come up. Except for the two skinny ones in front, the rest were all big and strong, with dark skin and each carrying a giant axe or machete.

Two men approached with lecherous eyes. Wen Yao’s knife at her back was ready, but before she could act, the two men suddenly felt a burning sensation on their backs, both screamed and rolled to the ground in front of the sofa.
