Chapter 12: Trouble at the Bar, Meeting Again

“Why are you asking that?”

Why was everyone asking her this question today? Jin Yue was puzzled.

“I just saw Young Master Qi in Jing Jue, and he was with a beautiful woman. Did you and Young Master Qi have a fight? Or did he cheat on you?”

Jing Jue was the bar Liu Jinghao owned, and the woman with him was probably the female lead.

In this situation, Jin Yue didn’t have the mind to think about what was happening, and rushed forward to pull the woman who was fighting with Qian Shasha away.

But at that moment, the two women were too engrossed in their fight to notice anyone else, so Jin Yue was unfortunately hit with a slap to her face.

“Enough! If you hit again, I’ll take everything out!”

Qi Bei’s cold voice echoed in the private room, and the woman immediately released her grip.

Jin Yue didn’t care about her face anymore and rushed forward to grab Qian Shasha.

Qi Bei looked at Jin Yue, who was standing a few steps away from her. Jin Yue quickly intervened on Qian Shasha’s behalf: “Sorry, I’ll explain. Qian Shasha doesn’t know that we’ve broken up yet, so when she saw you with Su Chenxi, she assumed it was you two together.”

“That woman is following Liu Haoyou around. She has nothing to do with me,” Qi Bei explained curtly.

Qian Shasha realized that she had misjudged Qi Bei and apologized immediately.

But Qi Bei’s eyes narrowed even further. Why hadn’t Jin Yue told her own friends that they had broken up? Was it because she didn’t want to?
