Chapter 33: “Yan Kui Actually Has Sleepwalking Disorder?”
Tang Zhishu crossed her arms, staring at Tang Xin’s disheveled appearance, and scoffed lazily, “Are you a dog? Just biting at anyone? I stayed in my room all night; you can ask Young Master Yan if you don’t believe me.”
Tang Zhishu then pulled Yan Kui out to join her.
As soon as she spoke, everyone’s attention shifted to Yan Kui, who was standing behind her.
Yan Kui raised an eyebrow and shot a knowing glance at the girl in front of him, easily recognizing her intentions.
He calmly looked at the crowd and coldly stated, “We slept in the same bed last night, and I can confirm she didn’t go anywhere.”
When he said this, everyone present was shocked, their eyes wide open.
Tang Zhishu suddenly realized this guy had deliberately said that to create misunderstandings.
She stepped back and stomped down hard on his foot.
Yan Kui frowned slightly.
Tang Zhishu continued to put pressure on his foot, but she smiled as she explained, “Everyone, don’t get the wrong idea. Young Master Yan has a sleepwalking disorder; he climbed into my bed in the middle of the night. In that situation, I didn’t dare to shout, you know? I was quite helpless too.”
As expected, after this “explanation,” everyone looked at Yan Kui with surprised expressions.
The corner of Yan Kui’s mouth twitched slightly as he glanced down at the person still standing on his foot, a hint of amusement flickering in his eyes.
She really held a grudge.
At that moment, Director Chen spoke up, “Miss Tang Xin, it’s also possible you were just too tired last night and saw things. How could there be ghosts in this world?”
Song Fengcheng hugged Tang Xin and comforted her, saying, “That’s right, Xinxin. When I came out last night, there was nothing in the room. The bathroom door often gets stuck, and the crew even checked it after the incident; they found it sometimes doesn’t open, so don’t scare yourself, okay?”
Tang Xin realized that everyone was skeptical of her story. However, after hearing their comments, she no longer thought what she saw last night was a ghost. Still, she was convinced that Tang Zhishu was the one who had dressed up as a ghost to scare her.
“Alright, everyone, it’s almost time. Get ready; we’ll start officially recording the first episode in thirty minutes,” Director Chen said, clapping his hands to get everyone’s attention.
Next, the makeup artist prepared to do a simple makeup on the ten guests.
When it was Fu Yushen’s turn, the makeup artist looked at him and felt he looked good enough as he was, blushing as she said there was no need for makeup.
However, when it was Yan Kui and Tang Zhishu’s turn, the makeup artist realized they didn’t need any makeup either.
Their looks were so good that they didn’t require any cosmetics.
The makeup artist skipped over them and went to Yan Luo and Yan Bing. Upon seeing their delicate features and smooth, fair skin, she immediately put away her makeup products.
As the makeup artist walked away, she felt puzzled and frustrated. What had these five been eating? Not only did they have great features, but their skin was as smooth as a newborn baby’s.
It didn’t make sense.
