Chapter 24: Dafu, Long Time No See

Wang Dafu said goodbye to Wu Xianhua and continued riding his tricycle to the watermelon field.

The afternoon sun could burn one’s skin. Wang Dafu wore a straw hat while working in the watermelon field.

This was the last of his watermelons. Once they were sold, there would be no more for the year.

Soon, Wang Dafu arrived at Wang Laotou’s house, ready to return the cart and go home.
