When she walked to the next room and knocked before entering, Jiang Mi saw that Gu Chuan had also finished his bath. He was sitting on the sofa in a bathrobe, typing on his computer.

Jiang Mi immediately realized it was a trap, shaking her head and smiling sweetly. “No, no, just now when I walked over and you suddenly turned to leave, I thought you were angry and didn’t want to talk to me.”

“I’m not.” Gu Chuan’s lips curved into a helpless smile as he pulled her into his arms and kissed her forehead. Then he gently pressed her down to dry her hair.

Soon, the humming sound of the hairdryer filled the bedroom.

The man’s fingers ran through the girl’s soft, smooth hair, fragrant with a fresh scent.

At some point, the sound of the hairdryer stopped, and their gazes locked, a gentle kiss landing on the girl’s hair.

Jiang Mi naturally wrapped her arms around the man’s strong waist. She tilted her head slightly, revealing the elegant curve of her slender, fair neck, and softly invited him.

“The program group just notified us that tomorrow’s live broadcast has been delayed until the afternoon. We have plenty of time.”
