“Come out!” Wu Shaochen called out, looking toward the source of the sound, but saw nothing.

His nerves were on edge now. Without hesitation, he turned around and began running. This situation was far scarier than any horror movie he’d seen.

But just as he was running, a massive figure leapt at him.

In reflex, Wu Shaochen rolled to the side, narrowly dodging the attack. When he looked back, he saw a gigantic tiger, covered in dark mist, coming at him.

He quickly used Insight on it.

The Tiger King immediately changed direction, chasing after him. To Wu Shaochen’s shock, the tiger’s speed exceeded his own, and the distance between them was closing fast.

“This thing’s speed must be over 500, this is insane!” Wu Shaochen complained. He immediately activated his speed boost, significantly increasing his own pace, and the distance widened again.

Seeing the gap increase, the Tiger King roared loudly, releasing an invisible shockwave that hit Wu Shaochen.
