The Villain Host Is Too Fierce
The Villain Host is Too Fierce Chapter 11: Rich Family Copy

After enjoying a lavish dinner in a rather good mood, Bai Rui went for a leisurely stroll in the nearby garden with Liu Ci. Of course, he couldn’t ignore the fact that Xiao Zhan was sneakily following behind them.

Bai Rui deliberately led Liu Ci toward a more secluded area. As Xiao Zhan trailed behind them, his mood gradually became heavier. He couldn’t understand how Xiao Ran could be so defenseless. And Liu Ci, who was leading Xiao Ran to such an isolated spot, clearly had bad intentions.

Just as he was lost in thought, the two people ahead of him suddenly stopped. Liu Ci bent down, seemingly about to kiss the young man in front of him. And that young man… he just stood there quietly, it looked like he had even closed his eyes.

At that moment, Xiao Zhan couldn’t hold back any longer. With a swift stride, he rushed forward and landed a solid punch on Liu Ci’s face, sending him crashing to the ground.

“Xiao Zhan!” Bai Rui let out a startled cry before quickly rushing to help Liu Ci up from the ground. Seeing Bai Rui reaching out to Liu Ci, Xiao Zhan became even more furious. He grabbed Bai Rui and pulled him into his arms, holding him tightly. Then, he turned to Liu Ci and shouted angrily—

“Get lost!”

Liu Ci scrambled to his feet and fled in a hurry.

Bai Rui struggled against Xiao Zhan’s grip, before finally breaking free. His face was filled with anger as he glared at Xiao Zhan. “Xiao Zhan, what are you doing? Why did you hit him?”

Bai Rui scanned Xiao Zhan from head to toe before stating with certainty, “You were following me!”

Xiao Zhan felt guilty for a moment but he quickly straightened up and confidently retorted, “I was just worried you’d be deceived. That Liu Ci isn’t a good person.”

“Who says he isn’t? Who I’m with is my choice!” Bai Rui lifted his chin stubbornly, glaring at Xiao Zhan.

Seeing Bai Rui’s determined gaze, Xiao Zhan felt uneasy. He could only try to explain patiently, “Xiao Ran, you don’t really like him. You’re just being fooled by him!”

Bai Rui’s face turned red, seemingly so angry that he blurted out without thinking, “Who I like or don’t like is my own business! And besides, how do you know I don’t really like him? That day on the cruise, I kissed him! I’ve never felt my heart race like that before. That was my first kiss, and I like him!”

“What? He kissed you?” Xiao Zhan’s eyes widened in fury. He grabbed Bai Rui’s arm tightly, itching to storm off and kill Liu Ci right then and there.

But Bai Rui, seemingly provoked even more, fearlessly continued, “Yes! That night in the dark room on the gambling cruise, he held me and kissed me. I don’t know why I woke up in your house, but he told me it was him who kissed me. Even though the room was pitch black and I couldn’t see who it was, I could feel it—the person who kissed me was someone I really liked.”

Hearing this, Xiao Zhan froze completely.

Xiao Ran said he liked the person who kissed him in the dark room.

But that night… The one who kissed him was himself.

So that meant… Xiao Ran liked his kiss.

A surge of immense joy overwhelmed Xiao Zhan, making his breath quicken.

Even though he didn’t know how Liu Ci had learned about that night, there was no way he was going to let such a scheming person take advantage of it.

Xiao Zhan tightened his embrace around the young man and, using the gentlest voice he could muster, asked, “Xiao Ran, do you really like the person who kissed you?”

“Of course, I do!”

“Then… what if you found out that the one who kissed you wasn’t Liu Ci?” Xiao Zhan looked at him, nervous yet expectant.

“That’s impossi—” Bai Rui’s tone faltered for a split second before he quickly continued, “Even if it wasn’t him, I still like the person who kissed me. The point is, I liked that kiss.”

Xiao Zhan’s heart leaped with joy at the other’s unwavering response.

He gazed intently at the young man, whose cheeks were flushed with anger; his eyes shone brightly, brimming with life.

Unable to resist, he pressed a soft kiss onto those sparkling eyes. Then, taking advantage of the young man’s shock, he captured his lips without hesitation, deepening the kiss.

At first, the young man resisted, struggling slightly. But soon, as if he had subconsciously fallen into the moment, he melted into the kiss.

Encouraged by this, Xiao Zhan kissed him even more deeply, pouring all his emotions into it.

After what felt like an eternity, they finally parted, their foreheads touching as they gasped for breath.

Xiao Zhan held the young man tightly, placing light pecks on his lips between breaths, his mouth curved into a smile as he spoke in a delighted tone—

“Xiao Ran, does this kiss feel familiar?”

“So, you’re finally willing to admit it? Hmm?”

The young man’s clear voice carried a hint of allure, his teasing tone making Xiao Zhan’s heart skip a beat.

Xiao Zhan abruptly lifted his head to look at the person in his arms. The shyness and anger from before were completely gone. Instead, the young man’s lips were curved in a confident, victorious smile.

“Xiao Ran?” Xiao Zhan swallowed hard. This side of him—bold, assured, full of charm—was even more irresistible.

Bai Rui chuckled softly, leaning in to blow a gentle breath against Xiao Zhan’s ear. He had long grown tired of waiting. Moving even closer, he whispered,

“Xiao Zhan, let’s sleep together tonight, okay?”

Xiao Zhan’s breath hitched. Every cell in his body ignited at those words. Without hesitation, he tightened his hold around the young man, quickly driving away into the night.

On the spacious bed of the empty apartment, the two who had just confessed to each other became tangled in an intimate embrace.

After a long while, Xiao Zhan lifted himself up slightly, pressing a gentle kiss on the young man’s sweat-dampened forehead. “Xiao Ran, are you okay?”

Bai Rui raised his head, wrapping his arms around Xiao Zhan’s neck, and pulled him into a passionate kiss. Looking seriously at the man who had made him fall despite him traversing countless worlds, he nodded. “I like doing this with you, Xiao Zhan. I like you!”

Hearing such unabashed words of love, Xiao Zhan’s breathing grew heavier. He had intended to go easy on the young man for his first time, but the way Bai Rui unknowingly seduced him made that all the more difficult.

“You little vixen,” Xiao Zhan cursed under his breath before lowering his head once more.

The night was still long, and the punishment for  his disobedient little one had only just begun.

By the time Bai Rui woke up the next day, it was already past noon. He yawned as he opened his eyes. Xiao Zhan wasn’t in the room, but the pleasant aroma of food had already drifted in. It was easy to guess that he was preparing lunch. Bai Rui smiled and stretched lazily.

“Xiao Rui, are you okay?” Lao Hei asked worriedly.

“Hmm?” Bai Rui was momentarily confused, but when he looked down at the marks on his body, he immediately understood what Lao Hei was worried about.

Last night, he had been completely indulgent, and in the end, even Xiao Zhan had lost control. Fortunately, Xiao Zhan had been patient and gentle at the start, and Bai Rui’s body, which had been enhanced by Lao Hei’s modifications, was exceptionally resilient—so he could handle it just fine.

“Don’t worry! I’m perfectly fine!” Bai Rui reassured, feeling quite pleased as he reminisced about last night. If Xiao Zhan had been a perfect ten in his heart before, now that score had definitely been bumped up to twelve.

Before long, Xiao Zhan walked into the room carrying a bowl of freshly cooked porridge. Seeing Bai Rui awake, he gave him a gentle smile. After placing a pillow behind Bai Rui’s back, he carefully scooped up a spoonful of porridge and began feeding him.

Bai Rui accepted the gesture without hesitation, enjoying being taken care of. His body felt refreshed, which made him even more satisfied. Once he finished eating, he tugged on Xiao Zhan’s collar and planted a kiss on his lips.

Xiao Zhan was clearly delighted by Bai Rui’s affection, unable to hide the smile on his face.

After tidying up the dishes, he climbed back into bed, pulling Bai Rui into his arms. Running his fingers through the soft strands of Bai Rui’s hair, he murmured in a low voice, “Sleep a little longer. You’re not going to work today.”

Bai Rui nodded and closed his eyes in Xiao Zhan’s embrace. Meanwhile, in his sea of consciousness, Lao Hei was still broadcasting surveillance footage of the male and female leads. Somehow, Jiang Peipei had managed to climb into Feng Yuzheng’s bed once again.

As for Liu Xue, she was no easy opponent either—greedy and vain, she had always enjoyed mingling with so-called wealthy socialites, playing cards, drinking tea, and engaging in small gambling rounds. Using the resources Xiao Zhan had left him, Bai Rui bribed one of Liu Xue’s so-called noblewoman friends, Madam Liu, and had Liu Ci arrange things from behind the scenes.

Under Bai Rui’s careful manipulation, Liu Xue had developed a gambling addiction over time. In her last gambling session, she had lost nearly all of her private assets.

It seemed that Bai Rui could no longer afford to just sit back and relax—some shows were best enjoyed in person.

“Lao Hei, send a message to Liu Ci and tell him he can take action now.”

After spending an entire day at Xiao Zhan’s place, Bai Rui packed up, ready to return to the Feng family. However, Xiao Zhan’s expression darkened as he grabbed Bai Rui’s hand, refusing to let him leave.

Amused, Bai Rui ruffled his hair like he was petting a clingy dog; he wondered why he had never realized before how clingy this guy was.

“Alright, I have things to take care of. You must have already looked into the casino situation—since they tried to harm me, how could I possibly let them off so easily?”

Xiao Zhan looked into Bai Rui’s eyes and finally nodded. Although he wanted to tell Bai Rui that he had the ability to take revenge for him, he understood the young man well enough to know that it was best to let him handle these matters himself.

As soon as Bai Rui returned to the Feng family estate, he was met with the sound of Feng Yuzheng and Liu Xue arguing. It seemed that Feng Yuzheng had already found out about Liu Xue’s gambling addiction and how she had lost a significant portion of her private assets.

No matter how much Feng Yuzheng tried to reason with her, Liu Xue remained stubborn. Furious, he slammed the door and left, leaving Liu Xue alone in the living room, frowning with a deeply troubled expression.

Liu Xue knew that gambling was a deep pit, but she had already lost too much and couldn’t stop. The only assets she had left were the Feng family’s properties entrusted to her by Feng Yan and some shares of Shengheng Group—things that she absolutely could not touch.

Sitting in the living room, Liu Xue hugged her arms helplessly.

At that moment, Bai Rui came downstairs. Seeing her gloomy expression, he casually asked, “Why the long face? Did something happen?”
