“Prepare the room closest to Yi Mingxi, clean it up, and make it a bit nicer,” Yu Jinxiao placed the little dumpling on the sofa, as if setting down a toy, “I have to go back to the company for a meeting. I’m leaving her in your hands.”
“Uh… Mr. Yu… The room closest to the young master?” Aunt Chen asked, a bit incredulous, wanting to confirm again.
“Yes, the one you’re thinking of,” Yu Jinxiao nodded calmly, glancing at the little one swinging her legs on the sofa, “Anything she needs, leave it to you.”
“Understood.”
“Daddy, are you going to work now?” Little Yuanyuan suddenly remembered something and dashed back to the car, returning with two small items. “Make sure to eat well and get plenty of rest, okay?”
Does this little one think she needs to teach me how to live?
Though thinking this, Yu Jinxiao’s face remained calm, humoring her, “Got it.”
“Bye-bye, Daddy!”
After sending Yu Jinxiao off, Yuanyuan happily wobbled back into the house with her things in hand.
Four housekeepers stood before her, all wearing friendly smiles.
“Little Miss, I’m Aunt Chen, we met yesterday,” Aunt Chen, who had helped raise both Yu Mingxi and Yu Yingze, was great at communicating with kids, “This is Sister Bei, that’s Uncle Yang, and over there is Brother Jiang.”
“Hello, Auntie, Uncle, Sister, Brothers!” Little Yuanyuan couldn’t remember all their surnames, but her titles were spot on.
Her sweet, polite voice made everyone’s hearts melt. The Yu family now had a little angel!
“Would you like to watch some TV, Little Miss?” Aunt Chen asked, placing her gently back on the sofa and noticing she was holding two things.
One was a plush lion, the other a piece of red fabric. But what was that?
“Yuanyuan’s scared,” she vigorously shook her head, remembering the big dog she saw on the screen last night. “Yuanyuan doesn’t want to watch.”
“What’s this, Little Miss?” Sister Bei knelt down to ask, pointing at the red cloth.
The four housekeepers gathered around the little dumpling on the sofa, as if they were observing a rare and precious treasure, all smiling with their eyes curved and mouths grinning.
“This is…” Yuanyuan’s chubby little hands fumbled with the edges until she unfurled it with a “whoosh,” revealing the banner. “It’s this!”
“Hero… Anti-Kidnapping… Banner?” Uncle Yang was completely confused.
Brother Jiang flipped it around and examined it, “Oh, it’s like this—‘Anti-Kidnapping Hero’? What’s going on?”
How could this soft, adorable little girl have anything to do with being an “anti-kidnapping hero?”
“This isn’t mine,” Yuanyuan proudly raised the banner, explaining, “It’s for Daddy because he caught the bad guys!”
What???
Now the confusion deepened. Four pairs of eyes exchanged bewildered glances. Could it be… that Mr. Yu was secretly a vigilante or something? Had he lost his mind?
“Auntie, this is an award, right?” The little dumpling asked excitedly, “Awards need to be hung up, right?”
“Uh… yes, it’s an award. Hanging it up… I guess… maybe?”
“Wow, wow, wow, can we hang it up then?” Yuanyuan slid off the sofa like liquid and spun around, pointing to the most prominent spot in the living room. “Auntie, let’s hang it there! Daddy will be so happy!”
At that exact moment, Yu Jinxiao, about to begin his meeting at the company, sneezed three times in a row.
Despite the sunny weather outside, he felt a sudden chill.
“Is it really… okay?” Brother Jiang asked nervously, eyeing the banner and the spot Yuanyuan had pointed out.
This was starting to feel ominous…
“This is to honor Daddy! Daddy is a super-good person!” Yuanyuan clung to their legs, pleading with her big puppy eyes, “Sister, Brother, Uncle, Auntie… I’m too short to hang it up myself. Could you help me? I can sing a song for you!”
The four exchanged helpless glances. Uncle Yang was the first to surrender, clenching his fist as if facing a great battle, his expression solemn, “I’ll get the ladder and tools.”

Hey everyone! I hope you're enjoying what I'm translating.
