After breakfast, Xu Ai went upstairs to change her clothes. The color of her outfit was quite similar to Nuo Nuo’s, and the two of them looked like they were wearing matching outfits, which made Sheng Zexi feel a little itchy to join in.

Nuo Nuo’s mouth dropped into an O-shape, and she pressed her face against the glass, giggling, “I want to be close to the dolphin!”

A little girl a bit older than Nuo Nuo, watching the orca, looked puzzled and asked, “Daddy, isn’t this orca a dolphin? Why is it called an orca?”

The little girl’s dad explained, “Because it’s both a dolphin and a whale.”

The little girl still looked confused, but Nuo Nuo seemed to have understood something: “So that’s how it is?”

The little girl continued to ask, “Then, Daddy, why is it both a whale and a dolphin?”

The parent seemed a bit impatient and, seeing Nuo Nuo looking like she understood, said, “Why are you so dumb? Look at the little girl next to you. She understands.”

Suddenly being called out, Nuo Nuo looked over.

Xu Ai said, “Your daughter is still a child. She doesn’t necessarily know everything. It’s good for children to be eager to learn and ask questions.”

Soon, they walked in the opposite direction of that father-daughter pair.

Next, they went to look at the corals.

Nuo Nuo found the corals beautiful and immediately started asking her mom a bunch of questions. Soon she asked, “Mommy, why are these corals so pretty?”

Nuo Nuo kept asking questions along the way, and Xu Ai felt a bit annoyed. So she said to Nuo Nuo, “You can ask your dad.”

Nuo Nuo pouted, “But Mommy, you said that it’s good for children to be eager to learn and ask questions.”

Xu Ai: “…” I was just being polite, and you took it seriously.

Seeing Xu Ai at a loss for words because of their daughter, Sheng Zexi smiled lightly. Just then, Xu Ai turned her head and saw the smile on his lips. She immediately shot him a glare and said, “What are you laughing at? Go take care of your daughter.”

Sheng Zexi good-naturedly replied with an “Okay,” then picked up the little one and began explaining to her.

Before long, Nuo Nuo saw a mermaid. When she spotted the beautiful mermaid in the glass, she exclaimed in awe, “So there really are beautiful mermaids in the world?”

The mermaid on the other side of the glass waved at the passing tourists.

Daddy had promised that they could go out to play again tomorrow, so naturally, Nuo Nuo thought Mommy would go too. After making her plans, early the next morning, she woke Xu Ai up.
