“Do you still want to sleep a little longer?” Qin Fei asked.

“Do you want to nap?” Xi Yuan countered.

Qin Fei thought for a moment. If he said he wanted to nap, that would mean Xi Yuan would rest with him.

From how he looked this morning, it seemed like he still needed sleep.

“Mm, let’s nap together,” Qin Fei decisively nodded.

Xi Yuan had no objections. He was already feeling much better than he did this morning. The discomfort he felt earlier was now completely within his tolerable range.

It was just that last night was their first time, and he still needed to adjust. Tonight, they would be together again in ways that were… ‘indescribable’. Qin Fei took one out. The supplement was about the size of his thumb, and the liquid inside was a pure green color, crystal clear, resembling the most beautiful jade, the kind of green that was almost mesmerizing. As soon as he opened the cap, something moved on his arm, and soon a three-leafed clover popped out, eagerly stretching its roots. At the same time, Qin Fei could feel the clover’s eager desire.

Over the past month, he had given Lucky Clover some beast crystal cores, but this was the first time it had reacted so urgently. It seemed that this nutritional supplement could be something worth discussing with the Male Zerg Protection Association for more supplies. The more, the better.

Qin Fei handed the supplement to Lucky Clover and took another one for himself. As soon as he drank it, a warm sensation rose from his abdomen, spreading through his body, filling him with energy. He felt as if his condition couldn’t be better. No wonder it was a special supplement from the Male Zerg Protection Association!

The Lucky Clover extended its roots into the liquid, and in no time, the liquid visibly drained down. The clover then shook its three leaves. Qin Fei clearly felt the satisfaction it transmitted, and immediately sent a message to the Male Zerg Protection Association, asking if he could purchase more of these special supplements.

The reply came almost instantly, with a price quote and an offer for an 80% discount.

Because after his ceremony, he would officially become an adult of the zerg species, Qin Lang had transferred a sum of money to him a month ago, along with some fixed assets, including a manor on the Earth-like planet. So for now, he wasn’t short on money—of course, this didn’t include that fine.

If the fine were considered, he would be deep in debt.

Qin Fei immediately replied and ordered 100 units. The other party responded that such a large quantity would need to be specially made, as there wasn’t enough stock available. However, if he was in a hurry, they could send part of the order first. Qin Fei agreed and asked them to send whatever was available. He wasn’t sure how much the clover would need, so it was better to have some in reserve, just in case.

After the clover “ate” the food, it remained standing on the desk, becoming a potted plant as it needed to digest. 

It had eaten quite a lot, enough to sustain it for a long time.

At this moment, Xi Yuan walked over, and Qin Fei extended his hand to check the temperature on Xi Yuan’s forehead, but it hadn’t changed.

Xi Yuan slightly curved his lips into a smile. “Master, please don’t underestimate your queen. I’m fine.”

“Alright, you’re fine. There’s still some time before dinner. Is there anything you want to do? Do you want a snack?”

Hearing the obvious words that went in one ear and out the other, Xi Yuan fell silent for a moment. Moreover, he wasn’t starving. “I’ll check the news,” Xi Yuan said as he found a nearby chair and sat down at the desk.

Xi Yuan opened his light brain. Since Qin Fei had set him as a special contact, the homepage immediately alerted him to new updates. He clicked on it and saw the photo and the text that Qin Fei had posted.

If the females of the zerg species could be compared to hard diamonds, then at that moment, his heart melted into a pool of soft water, bubbling up with pink bubbles.

Unaware of the joy that was clearly visible in the corners of his eyes and the slight smile on his face, he foolishly kept looking at the photo and the message wishing them happiness, over and over, not knowing how much time had passed before he snapped back to reality.

There were so few male zergs who so openly showed off their affection!

He wasn’t at all surprised by the overwhelming number of comments, instead he read through each one. The comments wishing them to start laying eggs soon didn’t faze him at all, in fact, his mind was already imagining one large white egg after another.

At first, Qin Fei had been focused on Xi Yuan, but seeing him so absorbed in browsing the web, Qin Fei then turned his attention to the banquet information and the wedding gift list that Qin Lang had sent him. With that many pages, Qin Fei couldn’t help but think it was troublesome. Qin Lang had already told him to take his time—just focus on the important parts first, and he could take years to look at the rest.

The problem was, there were quite a few important things!

Mainly because there wasn’t much urgent business to attend to right now, so it seemed necessary to sort through these details. With that in mind, Qin Fei focused his mind and started comparing the list that Qin Lang had sent him a while ago.

As for the detailed information about the assets Qin Lang had sent him, it was temporarily ignored.
