Fu Erdie seemed to understand.
She turned off the range hood, returned to the ground, took out a small electric pot and fried an egg in it.
Oil smoke rose and spread everywhere. However, branches and leaves slowly stretched out from the cracks in the wall and ceiling, causing the oil smoke in the air to swim, adsorb, and then be completely absorbed.
Fu Erdie’s eyes lit up.
Sure enough, green plants can purify!
If she guessed correctly, the environmentally friendly green plants should have protected the house after mutating. During the days when she was in coma, the branches, leaves and roots of green plants made the room airtight. Wherever there were mosquitoes or smells, they would be absorbed by them like garbage and impurities.
The room itself can repair itself. Fu Erdie didn’t know where the limit of its endurance was, but one thing was clear. The room had indeed mutated, just like the environmentally friendly green plants, and all mutated for the better.
His serious injury must have been cured by the room or green plants.
The aroma of fried eggs made Fuldie feel hungry.
She opened a carton of milk that she couldn’t bear to drink, and fried a second egg. After eating the ordinary but delicious food, the satisfaction made her throat sore.
It was unfortunate to meet that superpower.
But how lucky to be able to receive such great favors despite having no friends and being in a desperate situation.
She was very satisfied. Really satisfied.
Tears fell into the omelette and were eaten together with the crispy egg pancake.
With green plants at home for cleaning, Fu Erdie no longer needs to clean the room by herself or shovel poop for the dog.
Green plants are particularly smart and can accurately identify what is useful for Erdie and what is not. Fu Erdie doesn’t have to be busy with trivial matters. She just needs to eat and drink on time to ensure that she doesn’t starve to death or die of thirst.
She was very relaxed. She played songs, tuned the radio, loosened the soil in the flower beds, and petted the dog every day. The day passed quickly.
Except for the dead nail superpower, there are no other superpowers to bother me anymore.
Fu Erdie hoped that this state could last until the day when he ran out of food and ammunition and died. The nightmares that surged through the night were nothing to mention in the comfort of an air-conditioned room.
However, human emotions are like the weather that suddenly changes.
In early July, there was a heavy rain in City C.
The sky was dark and cloudy.
The strong wind was raging, and debris flew up everywhere, making loud banging noises.
There was lightning and thunder, and the sky seemed to be pierced by a giant sword, torn in two, slowly closing, and then torn open again.
Fu Erdie felt that her arms, shoulder blades, and chest began to hurt again.
Fu Erdie felt that her arms, shoulder blades, and chest began to hurt again.
The wound has healed, there is no problem with movement, and there is no internal injury. She just returned to that early morning in a trance, when a man stuck his head out of the window and looked at her ferociously.
Reality and nightmare intertwined, and Fu Erdie always felt that there was another person with supernatural powers entrenched outside the door and window.
They grinned, revealing their foul-smelling yellow teeth. They clearly had human shapes and minds, but they were more terrifying than zombies, like devils waiting for an opportunity, ready to attack at any time.
And she had no power to fight back, so she could only be beaten.
Ever since she was little, she had never been spanked except for a slap on the back by a family member when she was naughty.
On that occasion, she remembered it for a long time and let her family coax her and gave her a lot of candies before she finally calmed down.
But now, she is at risk of being broken in and killed by a person with supernatural powers at any time.
Fu Erdie folded her arms and leaned against the sofa, looking out the window in the dark night, but she didn’t dare to confirm whether the imaginary spy was an illusion.
She just silently turned off the air conditioner, turned off the lights, and stood silently in the storm all night.
The rain decreased the next day, so Fu Erdie opened the balcony sliding window.
Hot, humid, putrid, and the apocalyptic atmosphere swept over the place.
Fu Erdie plucked up the courage and looked around.
No one but yourself.
She did not leave, deliberately standing close to the window to catch the rain.
She wants to become stronger.
Want to become a superpower.
Raindrops, radiation, viruses, no matter what the carrier of the superpower is, can you give her a chance?
A chance to tear the nightmare apart.
The rain slapped on her fair face, like splashing tears.
On the 710th, the apocalypse came more than a month ago.
Fu Erdie no longer has a normal routine.
I didn’t sleep well at night, couldn’t fall asleep, I was drowsy during the day to catch up on my sleep, and then when it was normal bedtime, I was awake until dawn.
She gets caught in the rain every day, expecting to mutate.
However, if she did not close the window, the fruit and potato seedlings she raised would be damaged by the rain, and she still had no mutation.
That day she closed the window and sat on the ground like a drowned rat.
The roots of the green plants swept across the balcony, and all the rain, dust and soil were absorbed. The messy balcony returned to normal after a quarter of an hour.
The balcony sliding door opened by itself, the air conditioner was turned back on, and the room became comfortable again.
But Fu Erdie felt cold.
She went to the bathroom and took a hot shower, then turned up the temperature when she came out. The value of 30 degrees is displayed on the air conditioner, which is a bit extraordinary.
Fu Erdie reluctantly felt that the cold was not so cold anymore, so she lay down on the sofa again, wrapped herself in the air-conditioned quilt, and curled up into a ball.
The tenth of every month is the day to pay water and electricity bills in their area.
When Fu Erdie saw the time on the 10th, he subconsciously opened the payment platform and then slowly closed it.
