After washing his face, Xiao Mo first went to play with Niu Pi Tang for a while before heading to the kitchen to eat.

When Xu An came home from work and saw the basin filled with cleaned wild chickens and rabbits, he smiled and asked, “Brother-in-law, did you go up the mountain today?”

“I just took a stroll. Go wash your hands; it’s time to eat,” Lu Xiaotang replied with a smile.

He carried a bowl of meat porridge to feed Niu Pi Tang. The three kids had become familiar with him, and when they saw him approaching with the bowl, they all climbed up and stood by the fence, eagerly waiting to be fed.

Seeing that the three children were eating obediently, Xu Ning decided not to worry about them. She went to eat first, planning to switch with Lu Xiaotang later.

The little guy thought his mom was teasing him and grinned widely.
