Villainess Supporting Role, Stand Up! [Quick Transmigration]: Chapter 29-2

In such a large class, with the teacher standing at the podium, it was hardly her place to block Shen Tingyan’s gaze.

She sighed softly and said, “Shen, it’s about having a conscience. I’m not that fat, am I?”

“Su Wan, focus,” Teacher Huang cleared his throat, reminding her sternly, hoping that she would do well on this upcoming exam.

Su Wan was a good student, but unfortunately, she was headed in the wrong direction, and no one knew whether she had a future ahead of her.

After school in the evening, Su Wan finished cleaning up and slowly walked home with her backpack. As she reached the school gate, she suddenly remembered that she had forgotten her practice book. With a sigh, she turned back toward the classroom.

It was probably the fate of being a cannon fodder side character, always finding herself in the midst of the main characters’ activities.

“Shen Tingyan…”

The boy was standing at the classroom door, one hand on the doorframe, as if he was about to leave. His cold brows furrowed, clearly showing impatience.

The girl standing across from him seemed to hesitate, holding a colorful box in her arms that looked like a box of pastries.

“I know you’ve been having a tough time recently… I can’t really help, but I made these cookies. I hope you’ll take them.” Fang Qianqian’s delicate face was flushed, her gaze shy.

Su Wan stood at the stairs, watching this scene, her heart full of disdain.

If she were Shen Tingyan, she would have given in by now. What a beautiful, kind, gentle, and lovely girl! She even made cookies!

They must be delicious.

Su Wan started thinking about how she could trick that guy, Shen Tingyan, into giving her a few.

But just as she had envisioned a thousand romantic scenarios in her mind, she heard Shen Tingyan’s cold, dismissive words that left Fang Qianqian awkwardly standing there.

“Don’t bother me.”

“I…”

Women are truly made of water, as expected.

In an instant, Fang Qianqian’s eyes turned red, her body trembling slightly as she tightly hugged the gift box, humiliated. She bit her lip, stomped her foot, and ran off.

Su Wan was thoroughly enjoying the drama when, out of nowhere, she heard a cold voice.

“Did you enjoy the show?”

“It was quite enjoyable…”

“Want to come over?”

“Okay…”

Su Wan snapped out of it, finally noticing that Shen Tingyan had somehow moved from the front door to the back of the classroom, catching her right in the act of watching the drama unfold.

He was so tall that Su Wan had to look up at him.

Caught in the act, she didn’t flinch, casually raising her hand in greeting. “Good afternoon, Shen.”

She never called him “Shen Tingyan” casually, but had inadvertently mimicked Fang Qianqian’s tone, sounding somewhat mocking.

Shen Tingyan’s gaze darkened.

“Next time, give me a few pieces of those cookies, and I’ll pretend I didn’t see anything,” Su Wan tilted her head and looked at him, “As a form of hush money.”

“Hush money? Do I really need to pay for that?”

His hands were stuffed into his pockets as he looked down at her, his expression cold. But the beast in his chest was stirring, causing his gaze to linger on her annoying red lips.

Her indifference, her crude joke, all of it irked him.

The less he cared, the more upset he became.

His mind flashed with images of Su Wan laughing and chatting with the other boys on the basketball court.

When she smiled, there was a shallow dimple in her cheek, so natural and cute.

Su Wan had never smiled at him like that.

“……”
