Pheromone Collision Chapter 81.2

Chapter 81 2/2

Wang Wang whispered, “The kid is here.”

The God of War returned, finding his son asleep in the doghouse.

Cen Lang was shocked. “What mistake did he make?”

Did he get kicked out for deliberately giving false coordinates to Jiang Li?

Cen Lang walked to the front of the doghouse and saw a soundly sleeping…

…child.

Black Wind, awakened by the sound of an aircraft, dutifully served as the little one’s pillow.

Wang Wang looked at the former boss with frustration, thinking, “Can’t you think of something good? Not everyone is like you!”

How could the young master make a mistake?! He just missed his dad!

“He insisted on waiting for you outside, so he slept here,” Wang Wang explained.

Cen Lang smiled, took the kid out of the doghouse, and said, “Daddy’s back.”

The little one, half asleep, shouted, “Dad.”

Cen Lang kissed his forehead, saying, “Let’s go inside and sleep.”

Little Jiang Wangxing said, “Goodbye, Black Wind; see you tomorrow, Uncle Woof Woof.”

His voice faded as he fell asleep again.

Cen Lang carried the child upstairs, meeting Jiang Li, who had just woken up, at the staircase.

Jiang Li, now more awake, took the child and said, “You go take a shower.”

Cen Lang went to the bathroom without saying a word. He was touched that the little one waited for him to sleep in the doghouse. The fact that Dr. Jiang waited after a nap held significant meaning, making him even more moved.

Ten minutes later, Cen Lang, wrapped in a towel, came out. Before getting into bed, he noticed a schedule on the bedside table.

“I’ve agreed to teach a course in pharmacology at the medical school.”

Cen Lang glanced and said, “Two classes a week for a semester?”

Jiang Li said, “You saw it, so let’s talk about this first.”

“I’ve selected three courses for you, suitable for last-minute cramming. Memorise for a few days, and you’ll be fine.”

Cen Lang replied, “As long as one is yours.”

Jiang Li advised, “This is a credit-heavy, specialised course. You need to master pharmacokinetics proficiently.

Cen Lang interrupted, “Professor Jiang, are you going to discuss this semester’s teaching goals now?”

Seeing Cen Lang’s indifferent reaction, Jiang Li sighed, deciding to hang it over him. It’s better in his hands than other professors’.

“I have a bottom line.”

Cen Lang assured, “Don’t worry; I won’t let you lose face in front of colleagues.”

Jiang Li warned, “Don’t disrupt the class.”

Cen Lang promised, “Absolutely not.”

He was there to protect Jiang Li! Anyone disturbing him would face consequences. Jiang Li had just overcome his fear of public speaking; he couldn’t afford a relapse.

Therefore, during Jiang Li’s first semester of teaching, Cen Lang closely watched until the end of the semester, ensuring everyone accepted the results without objections. Jiang Li smoothly completed all teaching activities.

Internal forum of the Third Military Academy:

“Help, the most enchanting and dangerous! I dare not look at Professor Jiang’s beauty for more than five seconds.”

“Same here; it feels like some Alpha might snap my neck.”

“Indeed, if you don’t appreciate knowledge and beauty, you’ll get cold eyes from Professor Jiang, increasing the chance of being questioned.”

“Student horror story: Eye contact leads to questioning.”

“Hilarious, willing to admire silently.jpg.”

“Brothers, next time Professor Jiang randomly asks questions, let’s cheer for him to ask Captain Cen, okay? Banned user.”

“Why does he boldly stare and not get questioned?”

“He has a marriage certificate.”

“Fun fact: in-service research doesn’t have regular grades, meaning there is no need to be questioned.”

Cen Lang realised that without his intervention, no one dared cause trouble in front of Professor Jiang. Because Professor Jiang taught seriously with a high concentration of knowledge, causing trouble could lead to failure.

At the end of the semester, Jiang Li organised an exam. Like other students, Cen Lang wasn’t given any special treatment.

“Don’t family members get any privileges?” Cen Lang asked.

Jiang Li replied, “If you’ve been attentive, you know where the focus is.”

Cen Lang ignored it, not having a clue.

“You study seriously.”

“Let me study, and you…” Cen Lang was about to make a shameless request.

Jiang Li stated, “Below sixty points, thirty days in the study room; below fifty points, forty days… and so on.”

Cen Lang protested, “Professor Jiang, do you know what encouragement means?”

“Oh?” Jiang Li raised an eyebrow.

“At sixty points, sleep in bed; at seventy points… um, sixty-one points, one extra time, sixty-two points, two extra times, choose the venue, and so on.”

Jiang Li remained silent.

Cen Lang couldn’t believe he agreed, right?

“Sorry, I’ve been attentive in every class.”

The tough-talking Cen Lang, overnight, contacted the class’s military doctor for notes and exam highlights.

The military doctor was amazed; Professor Jiang was truly fair to everyone.

On the day Jiang Li graded the exams, Cen Lang bluffed, “Don’t take personal revenge.”

Then, seeing Jiang Li’s expression, he pleaded, “Wife, help me out here.”

Jiang Li looked at his paper in silence, unable to find a way to salvage it!
