Chapter 40: Beg me
The car was quiet, and Su Lixu turned his gaze towards Fu Xingran, who was driving.
Suddenly, there was an unusual silence.
“Why aren’t you talking?” he asked. This guy was always talkative in the car, but today he was unusually silent. Su Lixu had a rough idea why.
Fu Xingran gripped the steering wheel, eyes on the rearview mirror. “What’s there to say? I feel uncomfortable.”
Su Lixu was surprised by Fu Xingran’s response. He reached out, tugging at Fu Xingran’s sleeve, and whispered, “Don’t be uncomfortable. It’s my fault.”
Taking a step back, start by comforting the little boyfriend.
“It’s not your fault. You care about my feelings, not telling me to avoid making me uncomfortable. It’s me, being careless, never asking about your family.” Fu Xingran watched the red light ahead, slowing down. He held the steering wheel, glancing at Su Lixu. “So now I feel even more uncomfortable. I think I’m not a good boyfriend. I’m not caring enough. Baby, am I really not good at all?”
Also, he didn’t know that Su Lixu had once thought about leaving this world, just like him.
What if?
What if?
This possibility was too terrifying, and he started to feel scared.
Seeing Fu Xingran about to cry again, Su Lixu helplessly smiled, reaching to pinch his ear. “Who said you’re careless? If you were, you wouldn’t have noticed I left so early. You’re also good, don’t deny yourself, okay?”
“That’s not the issue.” Fu Xingran felt Su Lixu pinching his ear, the bitterness in his heart deepening. He knew that whatever he did, Su Lixu would tolerate and accept him. At most, he would educate him. But what about him? “You can tell me anything. I won’t be uncomfortable. But this way, I feel even more uncomfortable.”
His beloved had been living alone for so long, and he knew nothing.
Still so willful.
After hearing Fu Xingran’s words, Su Lixu suddenly realized that what he thought was worry might be another thing Fu Xingran cared about. Not saying it and being unexpectedly discovered turned out to be an unbearable emotion for Fu Xingran.
“Baby, I just didn’t want you to feel uncomfortable. I didn’t expect you to think it’s bad if I don’t tell you,” Su Lixu said.
“I don’t want you to bear it alone either,” Fu Xingran said. “Now that we’re together, can’t we talk about anything? If I didn’t know today, when were you planning to tell me?”
Su Lixu fell silent suddenly, feeling a bit like he was being educated. He looked at Fu Xingran, realizing that Fu Xingran was also looking at him, with a serious and solemn expression, as if discussing something very important.
But maybe, that was indeed the case.
He still had some difficulty adjusting his role, often thinking he should bear more responsibility because he believed himself to be older than Fu Xingran. However, he forgot that even if Fu Xingran was younger, he was still an adult man.
“I’ve told you everything, including before we were together, how I liked you, missed you, and wanted to be intimate with you. I was always straightforward; you were just slow to notice. But now that we’re together, shouldn’t honesty be from body to soul?” Su Lixu said, looking at Fu Xingran and releasing his hand from pinching his ear. “Why so stern?”
“I’m just speaking the truth.” Fu Xingran seemed to sense that Su Lixu was a bit unhappy. Seeing a red light ahead, he stepped on the gas and drove forward. “Upset?”
“No.” Su Lixu leaned back in the seat, sighing heavily. “You’ve changed. Where did my obedient little puppy go? Why do you seem a bit fierce now?”
“Woof woof woof.”
Su Lixu’s actions abruptly stopped, surprised as he turned to look at Fu Xingran.
Fu Xingran’s expression remained indifferent as he drove, as if he wasn’t the one imitating a dog. But to make Su Lixu smile, he did it anyway: “Woof~”
Su Lixu fell silent for two seconds, leaning back and looking out of the car window. Eventually, he couldn’t help but laugh. “Are you silly or what?”
His little silly puppy had improved again.
Fu Xingran caught Su Lixu’s expression from the corner of his eye, relieved to see him laugh. The corners of his lips curved slightly. “Silly or not, I don’t care. From now on, tell me everything, okay?”
When it comes to making your boyfriend happy, imitating a dog is not a big deal – the important thing is that your boyfriend is happy.
Su Lixu hadn’t seen Fu Xingran trying to cheer someone up before and thought, he really likes this feeling of being comforted. The younger boyfriend is indeed considerate.
“Okay.”
The parking lot was dim, and the Lamborghini’s headlights flickered.
“Baby, I know you’re not in a good mood today. How about I cheer you up?” Fu Xingran asked.
“How will you cheer me up?”
“In the car.”
A moment of silence –”Baby, your car isn’t spacious enough. We… let’s go home. It’s not suitable here.”
“Who said my car isn’t spacious enough last time after getting drunk?”
“…Last time I was drunk doesn’t count.”
“How can it not count? I even recorded it. Want me to play it for you?” Fu Xingran unbuckled his seatbelt, leaning closer to Su Lixu, his hand on the passenger seatbelt, with a ‘click,’ he unbuckled it.
After hearing the sound of the seatbelt unbuckling, Su Lixu’s lower back tightened. “Wait, wait, really can’t do it here. Really can’t. I’m happy now.”
Finishing, he gave Fu Xingran a professional smile.
Fu Xingran, noticing Su Lixu’s growing unease, struggled to suppress a smile but then shook his head seriously. “No, you’re not happy. I can sense it, so I have to cheer you up.”
“Don’t take advantage.” Su Lixu reached out, pressing against Fu Xingran’s chest, giving a warning look. “Or I’ll really get angry.”
“Alright, alright.” Fu Xingran sat back in the driver’s seat.
Su Lixu sighed in relief as he saw Fu Xingran sit back.
But in the next moment, Fu Xingran’s face suddenly approached him, almost at a kissing distance, leaving him bewildered.
“Want to try it here in the parking lot? It’s quite exciting,” Fu Xingran asked, lips curling into a suggestive smile. His gaze dropped to Su Lixu’s lips, then he lifted his eyes, raised an eyebrow, and swallowed.
Su Lixu’s resistance crumbled the most under Fu Xingran’s gaze. How could someone’s eyes feel so seductive, as if one could sense the allure without any physical touch?Having followed rules for thirty years, Su Lixu understood what he hadn’t experienced. However, Fu Xingran’s existence completely shattered his known boundaries, especially in preferences.
Things he dared not even think of, things normal people would only think but not act on.
Yet, Fu Xingran was different. Whatever he set his mind on, whatever he wanted to do, it was always straightforward, candid, and inevitable.
He might not be as brave as Fu Xingran, but…It’s worth learning from.
“Then, how do you expect me to feel concerned about you if you don’t tell me about your family? How do we resolve that?” Fu Xingran’s hand rested on the back of Su Lixu’s chair, his gaze intense, his voice low and smiling. “I do worry about you. If I hadn’t noticed, and you tried to keep it to yourself, I can’t let it go. I won’t allow you to make yourself uncomfortable like that.”
Su Lixu had never felt someone expressing concern in such a domineering way. “Just because you want to do it here, you talk about worrying about me. Little trickster.”
“Chinese people don’t deceive fellow Chinese.” Fu Xingran held Su Lixu’s chin, making him look at him. “I genuinely worry about you, and wanting to try it here is also genuine, baby~~~”
As soon as he called him “baby,” the shameless flattery mode activated.
Su Lixu covered Fu Xingran’s mouth. “Stop calling me that. Tone it down. No one is as shameless as you every day. Today is my parents’ memorial day, got it?”
Fu Xingran nodded to show understanding.
Su Lixu then let go of him and got out of the car.
Unexpectedly, Fu Xingran added from behind, “Baby, can we keep that in mind for tomorrow?”
Su Lixu: “…”
He couldn’t understand why Fu Xingran’s energy could be so vigorous. Isn’t he tired?
He is tired.
As it turns out, Fu Xingran is someone who won’t stop until he reaches his goal.
The next day, the parking lot was still a parking lot, but this time, it was the school’s parking lot.
“Fu Xingran, I have classes later!”
“Baby, just one strawberry, just one, pretty please~”
Su Lixu lay in the back seat, regretting opening his car today. He shouldn’t have driven his car; having a back seat was a complete invitation for Fu Xingran, especially early in the morning, shameless as ever.
Regret. It was deep regret.
He helplessly turned his head, revealing a fair and slender neck. Faint blue veins could be seen beneath the cold white skin. “Hurry up, I’ll be late for class.”
As soon as he finished speaking, he felt Fu Xingran’s slightly cool hand gripping his neck, causing a shiver from the chilly touch. The somewhat rough fingertips rubbed the side of his neck, and then the pad of Fu Xingran’s thumb touched his Adam’s apple.
“Baby, swallow.”
Fu Xingran’s voice was deep, as if tempting his reason. He complied.
As he swallowed, feeling his Adam’s apple brushing against Fu Xingran’s fingertip, he seemed to understand his own preferences for a moment. The more detailed something was, the more ambiguously it was handled, the more interested he became.
There was even a moment when he felt a conquering desire, wanting to conquer this little wolf beside him.
Taking a step back, trying a reverse capture.
Then he heard Fu Xingran whisper in his ear, “Baby, even your Adam’s apple is so sexy. I can’t resist.”
After saying that, he was bitten on the neck, in a location where the collar could still conceal it, not too obvious.
More and more faculty cars entered the parking lot, and the Cadillac in the corner quieted down.
“Good morning, Professor Su. You’re a bit late today, quite rare.”
Su Lixu opened the car door and got out, coincidentally meeting a colleague parking nearby. He smiled and nodded, “Yes, good morning. I’m a bit late today due to some matters.”
The colleague’s gaze fell on Su Lixu’s untidy collar. He pointed and said, “Professor Su, your collar isn’t properly arranged. I’ll head up now; I have a class soon.”
“Alright, thank you.” Su Lixu saw the colleague leave, and his warm smile faded slightly. He glanced at Fu Xingran, who was still in the car, and raised his hand to adjust his collar. “You’re not coming down yet.”
Fu Xingran opened the car window, his elbow resting on the window ledge, lazily supporting his head. He looked up at Su Lixu, who was fixing his shirt collar, and suddenly felt that this man seemed aloof and brought a unique charm.
“Baby, how about going to the art studio next time?”
As expected, he received a casual glance from Su Lixu. But that glance was enough to satisfy the fantasies in his mind.
Listening to Fu Xingran taking the initiative again, Su Lixu thought, perhaps he couldn’t let Fu Xingran have his way all the time. It should be his turn now, right?
Smoothing his collar, he met Fu Xingran’s gaze and gave a slight smile. “Beg me.”
Fu Xingran, looking at the tall and slender figure outside the car, his face smiling yet faintly cold, felt emotions swirling in the depths of his eyes like thick mist.
“Beg you.”
