The next morning, as Liu Wenqi entered the school gate, Liu Haiming caught up with her from behind and grabbed her arm. “Why didn’t you reply to my messages?”

Jiang Mingyue: “No need to thank me, but as for you, make sure you never go to see them again. Don’t go, even if they threaten you. Don’t be scared.”

Liu Wenqi: “Mm-mm.”
