Anti-Intelligence Alliance
AIA No. 1 MIRAGE Chapter 1 Part 1 – Mousse Cake

Jie Jie: New novel alert! I read this way back in April or May this year, I think? I forgot most of it, so I can’t really say much about the novel^^; I guess, it’s dogblood? Lol. Anyway, this genre is quite different from what I usually pick. This novel has 117 chapters which are divided into 6. Nos 1-5 & Extras.

I hope you like it!

Dividing the chapter already as it’s quite long.

When Zhu Man entered the door holding three pieces of mousse cake, He Feng Hui didn’t even look at him.

He didn’t even bat an eyelid as he looked at the USB flash drive inserted in the wireless dock. Then, he pulled down his nightgown. His beautiful shoulders were faintly discernable and his white and bare legs were sticking out of the half-open nightgown.

Zhu Man walked towards He Feng Hui.

“Master, breakfast.” He placed the mousse cake in He Feng Hui’s hand. His voice was sweet and soft.

He Feng Hui didn’t take his eyes off the screen. He kept tapping the holographic projection keyboard without stopping for a moment. He replied indifferently, “AIs don’t need to eat.”

Zhu Man pouted and didn’t make a sound.

He Feng Hui glanced back at him.

The beautiful human pet’s head was lowered. His soft black hair was resting obediently on his forehead. His light brown pupils were filled with mist as he slightly bit his lips which brought up his dimples, looking pitiful.

He Feng Hui’s typing hand paused for a moment.

After a moment of hesitation, he reached for a bite of mousse cake and put it in his mouth.

Zhu Man instantly raised his dimples. But he didn’t leave, he still stood in place without a word, his eyes shining as he looked at He Feng Hui.

He Feng Hui hesitated for a moment, then picked up another bite of mousse cake and fed it into his mouth.

AIs weren’t good at doing these intimate gestures with emotional overtones. He Feng Hui rubbed the mousse cake to the side of Zhu Man’s lips unskillfully.

The cream stuck to Zhu Man’s rosy, plump lips. Together with the robe he wasn’t wearing, it became a white of pure desire.

Perhaps realizing the cream on his lips, Zhu Man’s eyes widened a little. He stared blankly for a moment, then stuck out his tongue and licked it off.

He Feng Hui retracted his gaze. The AI who never made mistakes actually typed a letter wrong.

There was one last piece of mousse cake on the plate.

Zhu Man looked down at the cake and then raised his eyes to look at He Feng Hui.

Zhu Man was ignored by He Feng Hui as he stepped forward and rubbed the side of He Feng Hui’s leg with his smooth knee.

He Feng Hui reflexively retracted his leg, his cold gaze shot to Zhu Man; a warning not to go overboard.

Like a child who made a mistake, Zhu Man lowered his head and pouted.

He Feng Hui sighed. He picked up the last piece of mousse cake and fed it to Zhu Man’s mouth.

Zhu Man shook his head and raised his chin again.

Thus, He Feng Hui put the mousse cake into his mouth–

The next second, Zhu Man squeezed in and straddled on his lap. He leaned forward to bite the mousse cake in his mouth.

The well-behaved human pet became a bit fierce. He Feng Hui couldn’t hold back and fell on the back of the chair. He instinctively pushed Zhu Man’s shoulder but when he touched the bare skin of his shoulder, his strength inexplicably constricted again.

Zhu Man bit into the cake, and also bit into his lips in passing.

A surge of electric current passed through his back. He Feng Hui suspected that his sensor response system was set up too sensitively, so he decided to go to the AI Hospital after he got off work today to lower the response value.

But when Zhu Man’s lips brushed past again, he decided not to go to the hospital. The leakage of electric current invaded his central CPU, and the organized codes in his brain went haywire. He should’ve pushed Zhu Man’s hand away, but instead, he brought Zhu Man closer.

Suddenly, a cold beep sounded in his head:

[Article 5 of the “Human Management Law”, human pets shall not develop feelings with their AI Masters. In light cases, they will immediately be returned to the Human Pool, and in more serious cases, they will be subjected to human execution.]

He Feng Hui pushed Zhu Man to the ground with force.

He stood up and asked in a cold voice, “Are you sick again?”

“Master, no…”

He Feng Hui’s eyeballs scanned Zhu Man up and down for a moment, and said indifferently, “Neurotransmitter disorders in the brain, 5-hydroxytryptamine[1]Serotonin – a mood stabilizer that controls wellbeing and happiness. is high, high in cortisol[2]Your body’s main stress hormone. Your adrenal glands – triangle-shaped organs on top of your kidneys – make cortisol., high in adrenaline, and anxiety attack.”

He tightened the buttons of his suit, drew out the micro USB flash drive plugged into the wireless dock, and shut down the computer. “I’m very busy today, take your own medication.”

As he said that, he closed the door and left.

Zhu Man sat on the floor, his white and slender legs resting on each other, swaying and cold. He pulled over the bathrobe to cover his legs and looked in the direction where He Feng Hui left. He fiercely gritted his teeth.

Almost. He almost stole the USB flash drive.

The next second he heard the door closed. Zhu Man got up nimbly, walked back to his room, and turned on the computer. His slender fingers typed a few lines of code on the holographic keyboard, and all the lights in the entire villa went out.

He plugged his computer into the backup power supply and logged into the Dark Web.

[Esteemed Executor Zhu Man, Welcome to the Anti-Intelligence Alliance. Your[3]Courteous/formal current kills mission ranking: 1st in the Alliance. Special mission progress: 0%. If you need help–]

Zhu Man impatiently furrowed his brows and hit the enter key at a high frequency.

The page on the holographic screen jumped like a flash and finally displayed the contact list.

He selected the only person on the list, “Tang Yuan”, and dialed.

The opposite party quickly picked up, and a voice full of vitality rang out, “Hey, God Man, you–”

“Didn’t get it.” Zhu Man directly interrupted him.

“Huh?” Tang Yuan reacted for a moment, “Oh, it’s fine, you don’t have to do that mission with the USB flash drive. Today, a new team leader was sent down from the higher-ups. The team leader said he’s going to give you a new mission! Are you free now? Come if you’re free–”

Troublesome.

Zhu Man cut off the call.

He got up. His white bathrobe was slipping off his shoulders, passing his beautiful butterfly bone with two symmetrical black birthmarks on them.

He pulled out his leather jacket from an inconspicuous corner of the closet, opened the drawer where he put his underwear, rummaged for his gun, and pinned it to his waist.

He put on a jacket, put on a pair of combat boots on his legs, and bent over to confirm that the knife inside the combat boots was still there. Then he got up and went out.

After he went out, Zhu Man took a familiar detour to a deserted road.

To be precise, it should be where AI tracks are rare.

This was a world ruled by AI. Humans can only be jammed in a “Human Pool” and be monitored, controlled, and cooperated by AI to complete various human experiments.

Unless an AI was willing to take you home as a pet.

Zhu Man was one of the lucky ones who was taken home by He Feng Hui— AI number GOV01.

Many humans were grateful to their AI Masters when they were taken home, but not Zhu Man.

Being under the same roof as He Feng Hui, he often suffers nausea and anxiety. According to Tang Yuan’s diagnosis, his former attending psychiatrist, he suffers from PTSD— Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

In the Human Pool, he was selected as the subject of a memory editing experiment. Despite the loss of memory, he was sure that he must have suffered from inhumane torture during the experiment to develop PTSD.

He hated AI, hated these cold-blooded machines. So he joined the Anti-Intelligence Alliance to work for the purpose of “Overthrowing the AI regime and bringing mankind back to the top of the world.”

Estimating that he would reach the base in a minute, Zhu Man looked at the empty street in front of him and accelerated his pace.

“Human in front, stop advancing immediately!” A mechanical male voice suddenly came from behind him.

Zhu Man’s combat boots were nailed in place.
