Chapter 30: Yagi’s Despair

“Don’t joke around.”

Yagi Miyuki was momentarily lost in thought before abruptly snapping back to reality. He withdrew his hand that was placed on Narase Mero’s tail and tried to compose himself. “Alright, let’s start studying.”

“We can study in the bathroom too,” Narase Mero said expectantly. “Is that okay?”

Looking into the hopeful eyes of the mermaid lady, Yagi Miyuki opened his mouth but couldn’t bring himself to say no. He nodded, “Hmm.”
