He’s the Wildest: Chapter 14

Chapter 14

The power of the people is great.

Especially when they start gossiping.

The sentence that Shang Yan said before the last class in the morning, with just a lunch break, was known to the whole school.

And it was an exaggerated version–

In the cafeteria of No.3 Middle School, dining area.

A group of students gathered around a table, eating and chatting:

“Did Shang Yan confess to his new deskmate? Really??”

“People from Class 1 said so!”

“No way, isn’t he and Shu Wei a couple?… What’s going on?”

“Isn’t it this morning, Li Zhe from Class 1 said that he met a little beauty outside over the weekend?”

“I heard about that, they said she’s even prettier than our school beauty, Shu Wei!”

“Yeah, Shang Yan admitted it.”

“Wow… Is she really that beautiful? But wait, what does that have to do with his new deskmate?”

“Some people asked Shang Yan if he likes that little beauty, but Shang Yan said he prefers his new deskmate.”

“…Awesome!”

While they were discussing, someone from the next table joined in–

“There’s even more awesome news! I heard that Shang Yan’s new deskmate is really ugly.”

“What??”

“And they say she dresses really shabbily, always in a big hoodie and jeans.”

“Wow… Why would Shang Yan like that ugly girl? Isn’t Shu Wei much better than her??”

“I have no idea.”

As they were sighing and lamenting, someone at the table flipped through his phone and then excitedly looked up–

“Hey, the first class in the afternoon is a gym class for Class 1, they must have gone there before class, let’s go see what that girl really looks like!”

Upon hearing this suggestion, the eyes of several people at the same table lit up, and they all agreed.

Technology Building.

As soon as Shang Yan pushed the door into the training group, the first thing he saw was Wu Hongbo’s mournful eyes.

“…Don’t look at me with such a gay look, I can’t help but feel itchy.”

Shang Yan walked to his computer desk with disgust.

Wu Hongbo looked even more pitiful.

“Brother Yan, you finally abandoned us old people.”

“What nonsense.”

Shang Yan snorted lightly, without turning back.

“The forum is full of posts saying that you confessed your true feelings to Little Su regardless of her appearance, making vows of love, it’s earth-shattering…”

Wu Hongbo was still brewing four-character idioms.

But before he could continue, the swivel chair under his butt was kicked by the long legs of the man next to him, moving half a meter away.

And his own computer, with the forum page open, was covered by Shang Yan’s leaning shadow.

His slender fingers pressed on the black mouse, slowly sliding.

As the scroll bar moved down, the casual smile on that clear and handsome side face gradually faded.

In its place was a chill that seemed to overflow from his dark eyes.

Wu Hongbo shrank to one side, clutching his heart and shivering.

Actually, he just saw those posts on the forum that were abusive towards Su Miao Miao and wanted to tell Shang Yan.

He just didn’t dare to say it directly, for fear of making Yan angry.

Now looking at it. It’s a good thing he didn’t directly convey those names like “ugly monster”…

“Uh, Brother Yan?”

From behind the computer desk at the very back, Luan Wenze also carefully poked his head out–

“There’s a new post on the forum, and I think you need to take a look.”

“…”

Shang Yan’s eyes were slightly cold, and his left index finger fell on the F5 key of the keyboard.

The page refreshed.

The top new post, posted two minutes ago, was already flagged in red–

【Aren’t you all curious about what the ugly monster looks like? Now I’ll reveal it to you live!】

Looking at that line of text, and the comments below cheering it on, there was a soft “click” in the silent office.

“…”

Wu Hongbo looked at his own mouse, which was being held by Shang Yan until it “groaned”, but didn’t dare to make a sound.

The pale green veins on the back of the hand that covered the black mouse were exposed.

The sharp lines of the boy’s side face were even more tense, exuding a chill that made people dare not look at him.

A few seconds later.

Shang Yan threw down the mouse and stood up.

“Blacklist it.”

Wu Hongbo cautiously asked, “Blacklist… this post?”

“This forum.”

His voice was hoarse.

Wu Hongbo and Luan Wenze exchanged glances, didn’t dare to make a sound, only nodded.

Shang Yan walked to his computer, reached out to grab the jacket draped over the back of his chair.

The corner of the jacket’s zipper was stuck in the seam of the leather chair.

Shang Yan looked down.

He tugged at it, but it didn’t move.

Wu Hongbo breathed a sigh of relief, turned his head, and silently mouthed to Luan Wenze, “It seems he’s not too angry…”

Before his words fell. There was a loud “bang”!

“…………”

Wu Hongbo and Luan Wenze looked over in shock.

Shang Yan’s “love chair” that no one dared to touch was kicked directly into the corner of the wall.

And the boy holding the jacket had already left the room and went downstairs, his figure tall and cold.

Looking at the chair in the corner that had lost a wheel, The two of them: “…………” After a long while, Wu Hongbo winced in pain. “This is going to be a big deal.”
