I Am the Nanny of the Villain
I Am the Nanny of the Villain Side Story 3

So Sarah decided to treat Claude even more like a child. She’d give him all the pampering he’d never gotten while growing up.

“Our sweet Claude, don’t worry, Juliette is fine.”

“All right, if Mom says she’s fine, then she’s fine!”

“Of course!”

Claude was such a good boy that even though she told him Juliette was fine, he still couldn’t hide his worry about Juliette. Sarah shrugged her shoulders in reassurance.

“The memories are gone, but there are only a few traces of it left in her body.”

“Huh?”

Sarah kissed Claude’s forehead as he shook his head, unable to comprehend her words, then snapped her fingers and levitated the fainted Juliette into thin air. Then she held the child in her arms, who seemed to have grown a lot in the evening, even though she had seen him in the morning.

“Fufu, I’ll let Juliette rest in her room.”

Sarah snapped her fingers once more and Juliette’s body vanished in an instant. Claude nodded in familiar recognition. Juliette would be safe, thanks to Sarah’s magic.

“May, will you send a doctor to Miss Juliette’s room, just in case?”

“Yes, Lady Sarah.”

May, who had been smiling at Claude’s side, moved quickly. Perhaps by sending May, and no one else, she would have time to talk to Sarah when Juliette woke up and let her know. This allowed Sarah to put her worries about Juliette aside for a moment.

“More than that, can you tell me what you’ve been up to today?”

“Yes, Claude, you don’t know how much Sarah and I have been fretting over the fact that you won’t tell us until we get back to the mansion.”

Ethan chimed in and poked Claude in the cheek. Whenever they asked Claude what he was doing with the imaging sphere at the palace, he stubbornly insisted that he’d let them know when they returned to the mansion, which kept Sarah and Ethan busy and on their toes. Luckily, Sarah no longer had to hide the fact that she was a magician, as she could teleport back and forth between the palace and the mansion in an instant.

“Today, I’ve been playing around with the diamond mine Father gave me.”

“……What does that mean?”

Sarah’s mouth dropped open and she blinked as Claude’s words came out of his mouth in a way she’d never imagined. Suddenly, Sarah’s mind flashed back to something Ethan had said earlier.

‘What do you think Young Master Claude would do with a diamond mine?’

‘I’m thinking of giving him ownership and letting him play with the market price, but…….’

Was this really the diamond mine that came out of Claude’s mouth? It was amazing that Ethan had actually bought it, but there was something else that surprised Sarah even more.

“Are, are you saying you’ve been playing with it?”

Sarah stammered. Claude replied, not quite sure why she was flustered.

“I thought it would be a good idea to reduce production so that the unit price would go up, and then we could sell it to the nobles at a high price to compensate the victims of the war. The money needs to be released into the marketplace so that Crombell’s economy can…….”

“E, Ethan.”

Sarah looked at Ethan in surprise, her eyes faintly quivering.

“I think our boy is a genius.”

“Indeed.”

Ethan nodded in admiration at Sarah’s words. Ethan looked at Claude, pride shining in his eyes.

“That’s because Sarah taught him well.”

“That’s because Ambrosia’s teaching is excellent, and besides…….”

Sarah leaned over and kissed Claude’s cheek.

“I can’t blame him for being born so smart.”

“Hoo hoo hoo.”

Claude shrugged in response to Sarah’s kiss on the cheek. The bridge of his nose rose to the sky.

“That was fun.”

“Oh my goodness, that was even fun, our Claude!”

Sarah baptized Claude in affection, lifting him high into the air and then picking him up again. Beside her, Ethan waited his turn with open arms. It was clear that Ethan wanted to take Claude with him for the flight. Claude sensed Ethan’s desire and extended his arms to him.

“You can do it, too, Father.”

“Of course.”

Ethan pulled Claude into a waiting hug. Then he lifted Claude even higher and farther than Sarah.

“Waaaah!”

A crisp, clear laugh erupted. The smiles on the faces of the employees who watched were priceless. When Ethan and Sarah returned to the mansion, the mood was much different.

“So, tell me what else you did over dinner.”

“Yes!”

Sarah beamed softly at Ethan, and he set Claude down and took her hand. Claude took his father’s hand as if he was used to it, then offered his other hand to Sarah. Sarah stood side by side with Ethan, Claude in the center, and took the child’s hand in hers.

“At lunch, I watched Benjamin work on his research, and Sister Belluna told me that if he succeeds, I’ll be able to save a lot of people with my powers.”

“Really?”

“Yes. So I decided to cooperate with Benjamin.”

“Good for you, our Claude.”

Sarah smiled happily as she listened to the child’s chirpy voice, as if he had been waiting for this moment.

“Sarah, you’re smiling from ear to ear.”

“I can’t help but be so proud of our Claude today.”

“Didn’t you say that yesterday?”

“He’s lovelier today than he was yesterday.”

Ethan looked thoughtful for a moment at Sarah’s comment, but then he lifted the tip of his chin and said.

“I’m hotter today than I was yesterday, too.”

“Oh my.”

Sarah clamped her hand over her mouth with the other hand that wasn’t holding Claude’s. Sarah’s face instantly turned a pretty shade of light pink. It wasn’t that Ethan was jealous of Claude, but there were times when he demanded affection from her like this, and Sarah was at a loss for words. Her legs felt like they were giving out on her, and she had to force herself to keep them together.

“……I’ll tell you a lot about that when we’re alone.”

“Hmm.”

Ethan nodded, satisfied with the answer that slipped out. Claude narrowed his eyes at Ethan as they stared at each other in a heated exchange.

‘So that’s how you do it.’

Claude was a quick learner with a good brain, and he was picking up some very good tips from his father.

“By the way, Sarah. Are you sure you’re not going to tell me what you’re getting for Juliette?”

“That’s right, Mom. Aren’t you going to tell me, too?”

The two men’s eager gazes met Sarah’s. It wasn’t that they actually wanted to know what Juliette was getting, but rather that they wondered why she was keeping it a secret.

“You’ll have to ask Juliette when she receives my gift.”

“And you think Juliette will tell me?”

“I don’t know. How about…….”

Sarah said meaningfully, staring off into the distance at the mansion where Juliette’s room would be.

‘I’m not sure our sweet little transmigrator would be so honest.’

Sarah smirked as she imagined the look on Juliette’s face when she received her gift.
