Pheromone Collision
Pheromone Collision Chapter 40.1

Chapter 40 1/2

“Cen Lang was a bit disappointed, but it was understandable. Jiang Li was so obsessed with cleanliness; how could he possibly get intimate with a stranger and let them leave marks on him?

Cen Lang couldn’t help but wonder. The underground was pitch black; Jiang Li couldn’t possibly be watching from a distance, waiting for an irrational person like him to cooperate. It must have been close, maybe even hands-on.

Cen Lang inquired in a medical tone, “How is sperm collected in medicine?”

Jiang Li replied, “For erectile dysfunction, it’s through penetration; for azoospermia, it’s through microsurgical sperm retrieval.”

Cen Lang asked, “What about a normal Alpha?”

Jiang Li awkwardly responded, “Hands and a collection cup.”

Cen Lang continued, “Can a person who has lost control like me do it?”

Jiang Li, trying to combine the situation with a fabricated story, said, “Actually, after entering, I gave you an injection to make you briefly conscious. Then I asked if you were willing to make a deal with me—I cure you, and you give me… well, you agreed.”

“The sperm of a top-tier Alpha is more likely to result in conception. I admit, I asked you during your moment of pain, and it might be considered taking advantage of a vulnerable situation.”

Cen Lang nodded; Jiang’s story matched the surveillance footage. There was no suspicion. “There was no taking advantage; no one can take advantage of me.”

Jiang Li breathed a sigh of relief, confident that this Alpha couldn’t recall anything. Cen Lang persisted, “What happened after I agreed?”

Jiang Li went through a lengthy explanation, and Cen Lang, blushing, couldn’t look at him directly. “Um, it follows the medical procedure.”

“Oh?” Cen Lang asked.

Jiang Li detailed, “First, sterilize both hands, then clean the target area. I used a diluted solution of potassium permanganate. That’s it.”

Cen Lang completely believed him, realizing it matched his dream.

Jiang Li indeed used cotton to disinfect him repeatedly. Cen Lang asked, “Did you disinfect many times?”

Jiang Li, a bit displeased, replied, “Not enough. You weren’t cooperating.”

Cen Lang mused, “Even though it changed color, let’s consider the romantic target as Platonic for now; Dr. Xiao Jiang is really strict.”

However, at least the road wasn’t blocked, right?

Jiang Li continued, “During the treatment, you weren’t rational. I had to hold you down to prevent you from moving and affecting the position and depth. It was quite strenuous. After you fell asleep, I had to turn you over, clean you, and change your clothes. It was exhausting.”

Cen Lang imagined a top-tier Alpha struggling and Jiang Li trying to restrain him; it wasn’t easy. He could sense a hint of complaint in Jiang Li’s tone.

Feeling a bit ashamed, Jiang Li confessed, “To make you lose strength quickly, I didn’t let you replenish with a nutrient solution. I drank double.”

Cen Lang felt sorry; that stuff was hard to drink, and drinking so much continuously would make anyone vomit. He immediately planned to become a chef to compensate for Jiang Li.

Jiang Li said, “That’s the basic situation.” All of it was true, with a few word replacements and omissions.

With the missing memories restored, Cen Lang felt like lush vegetation had grown in a desolate corner of his heart, and dandelion seeds rolled among the grass, filled with a joyful atmosphere.

If Jiang Li had confessed earlier, he wouldn’t have let him spend three months alone, afraid to even go to the cafeteria. Jiang Fu told him that he was willing to give him the opportunity to take care of the child, and he should seize it.

Jiang Li casually said, “After eating, I’ll try needling your arm to speed up recovery.”

Cen Lang responded, “Okay, thank you.”

He served two bowls of mung bean porridge, with more for Jiang Li and less for himself. Suddenly, a question occurred to him: “How do you make a double portion of porridge? Are there other people coming?”

Jiang explained, “Because it includes dinner.” Cen Lang frowned. “So fond of it?” Jiang Li replied. “Eating this in the summer is refreshing.”

Cen Lang felt uncomfortable; it was not for cooling down, but to save money on dinner. Jiang Li must have had a tough three months in the lab. He looked a bit thin, and even the little nutrition he added was taken by the cub.

Cen Lang’s gaze fell on Jiang Li’s stomach, and he communicated with his thoughts: reject the chubby guy politely, got it? Cen Lang immediately arranged for an assistant to deliver the ingredients and a pot.

After finishing the mung bean porridge, Jiang Li took out a fine needle from his toolkit, disinfected it with alcohol, and slowly inserted it into Cen Lang’s arm.

“Wait a moment.”

“Do you feel anything now?”

Cen Lang said, “Dr. Xiao Jiang is amazing.”

That piece of skin had been numb for several days, and now he could feel a slight pain and itch, as if it had been reactivated. Initially skeptical of Jiang Li’s treatment method, Cen Lang witnessed his medical skill at this moment.

Cen Lang tentatively said, “You mentioned having difficulties finding a doctor. I have a request now.”

Jiang Li asked, “What is it?”

Cen Lang said, “Can your acupuncture control the overflow of pheromones? Can you try it again for me? It’s hard to control oneself in front of a loved one, and I want to take care of you and the child here without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. Maybe another treatment…”
