Inside the luxurious villa in west Beland.

Once this villa was owned by Nolan’s top tycoon, later it was transferred to Senator John for his 60th birthday present.Today they were hosting a private party here. As it happened to be Senator John’s 70th birthday.

For the outsider’s and the media it was a birthday party, but the insider’s here know that this was a party to rally his internal strength for his campaign. Most of those invited were loyal supporters of John’s faction.

As long as these people attended this party, it was considered that they were firmly tied to the “chariot”, stating their position, which would not be changed easily.

The hall was decorated beautifully and people formed in small small groups and were full of chatter and laughter. Amidst this there was a girl standing in the corner of the hall with no intention of mixing up or celebrating the party. It was Aina today she was carefully adorned with helpers, dressed in a gorgeous and exquisite evening dress, with minimal makeup, and looked so graceful. 

　　

She came to this party with the High Priest but not long after she arrived, the high priest and Senator John went to the second floor to discuss something, leaving her alone.

Before leaving the high priest said that this was also a kind of “exercise”, and the order belonging to the realm of “cup” was destined to deal with these.

Since they were conducting the party they decorated the hall extinguishly and there was a huge chandelier hanging above and the pianist was playing the piano in the side while people were formed in small groups talking and laughing, 

Listening to the music played by the pianist in her ears, she felt a little out of place.

“It also has a courtyard outside. It’s like a small palace.”

But she was somewhat immune to luxurious villas. Because recently, she has been living in a mansion, with all the amenities which has an infinity private outdoor swimming pool, lounge area, separate gym, underground wine cellar (now for ornamental use only), game room, and more.

Since this happened all of sudden she couldn’t comprehend, if it was a year before she would dream to have a happy and normal life but the life she was leading now was something she never even dreamt of before. Sometimes she would sit on the rooftop swimming pool alone for a drink and would recall her night in the cafe.

“In order to experience the life of ordinary people, Lord God Envoy really lives in a hut. It’s not like I’m about to fall.”

Perhaps, plainness is the truth.

As she looked at the surrounding people, she suddenly understood the vast difference in the state of mind between mortals and Divine Envoy.

Lord God-Envoy did not need the luxury to decorate himself.

Shaking her head, she walked up to the long table filled with snacks and refreshments. In fact, it was her first time attending the party and seeing this kind of lavish fest, various pastries on the table, she swallowed hard, and reached to the top of the tray, which looked more tempting. But just as she was about to take it as a thought of something, she retreated her hand.

“The etiquette teacher said that you should eat from the bottom to the top.”

The best and most expensive snacks were on top of the table, so you had to get snacks from below… Aina couldn’t understand this eating rule, it feels very, very… By the way, very meaningless!

Lately, she’d been taking quite a few classes, but she’d always found the etiquette classes to be the most troublesome, and it always felt like there was no point in learning any of them or making any sense at all.

After a little thought, she took out a piece of snack from underneath and started eating.

A fifteen or sixteen-year-old, very nicely dressed brunette girl walked over from the side along with a few girls of about her age.

The brunette girl looked at Aina who was quickly swallowing her food, and said politely with a kind smile: “You’re Aina Mr. Fred’s granddaughter, aren’t you? Thank you for coming to my grandfather’s birthday party.”

“Why are you here alone…Why don’t you come with us.”

It was as if she was aware of Aina’s embarrassment, and as the granddaughter of the party organizer, she planned to include her in it.

Since it was so sudden Aina didn’t know how to answer it, her mind was empty.

Seeing her standing still the brunette said with a smile. “Come on, I’m older than you and have seen more. So I’m going to take you with me.”

Not knowing how to answer Aina just nodded her head,

 “Good.”

She suddenly had a strange feeling… Maybe this girl came to play with her because of the order given by Senator John behind the scenes.

No, maybe I am thinking too much.

Aina shook her head quickly.
