Chapter 150: The Great Demon King

” Ironhead, you said your head is tough, right?”

Ironhead killed two of Chen Luo’s members, and Chen Luo was furious, continuously kicking Ironhead in the vulnerable area.

“Is your head still tough?”

Ironhead, in pain, covered his groin with his hands, bending over like a shrimp.

Tears welled up in Ironhead’s eyes; it was really painful.

Ironhead whimpered, “Do you even know where the head is? It’s here, the head is here.”

With all his strength, Chen Luo swung a big ladle toward Ironhead’s head.

“Of course, I know where the head is. Guess if I did it on purpose?”

Ironhead was sent flying and crashed into the wall.

Ironhead felt his head buzzing, and the world spun around him. His big head hurt so much.

“I can’t stand it. I, Ironhead, who’s always been proud of my toughness, can’t resist this person. He’s too terrifying.”

Chen Luo continued to swing the big ladle repeatedly, causing Ironhead to cower on the ground, clutching his head and sobbing.

“Don’t hit me anymore, please! Ironhead was wrong, and I won’t be stubborn again.”

Tears streamed down Ironhead’s face. It turned out my head wasn’t tough at all.

Chen Luo didn’t listen at all and kept slapping him.

Unable to bear it any longer, Ironhead stood up and didn’t dare to resist. He began running away with sobs.

His speed was incredible, perhaps faster than anyone else. Except for the Thunderbolt King and Chen Luo, nobody could catch up. He covered a hundred meters in just three seconds or so.

Chen Luo easily caught up and threatened, “Bend down and hold your head, or I’ll snap your spine.”

Ironhead didn’t listen, and he didn’t understand what a “spine” was, so he wasn’t afraid.

Chen Luo was surprised. Not afraid of this?

Chen Luo turned to face Ironhead and kicked him again in the groin. Ironhead, seeing this, displayed a look of extreme fear on his face.

Ironhead was knocked to the ground by this kick.

Chen Luo stepped on a certain area of Ironhead and applied pressure forcefully.

Ironhead cried out loudly, “It hurts! Please, no more, I won’t run away again.”

Chen Luo suddenly realized that Ironhead feared having his private parts kicked.

He had found another weak point in dealing with zombies.

Ironhead appeared to be just a Level 5 zombie.

Chen Luo didn’t want to kill Ironhead right now. He still had some value as a training subject for Xia Haoran, Su Dazhu, Mi Ling, and others.

It’s quite challenging to find Level 5 zombies for training.

Ironhead was feeling overwhelmed; he couldn’t win in a fight, and he couldn’t escape. His undead existence seemed bleak.

With Ironhead in the lead and Chen Luo following closely behind, they entered one of the cargo truck compartments.

Chen Luo said, “Stay in here. If you dare to run, hmmm…”

Chen Luo tightened his fist and made a gesture as if he were crushing something.

Ironhead immediately covered his lower region with his hands, trembling in fear. “I won’t run, Ironhead won’t dare.”

To ensure Ironhead wouldn’t escape, Chen Luo personally drove the cargo truck around the village.

“Leader, we found a survivor here.”

A group of members approached with a middle-aged man in his forties.

This man was a villager from the area and was familiar with the local conditions. The members thought it might be a good idea to bring him to Chen Luo.

Chen Luo put on a friendly smile. “If he knows how to farm, that’s great. We can have our members learn farming skills for the future.”

Even if he couldn’t fight zombies, Chen Luo was willing to accept him into the group.

Li Cheng, the middle-aged man, had a very grim expression, having barely survived until now.

Li Cheng’s eyes were filled with fear as he trembled and said, “Be careful! There’s a great demon in the village, much stronger than the other zombies. It’s not just the surviving villagers; many outsiders who came here to search for supplies have been eaten by it.”

“Because of that creature, I’m the only one left in the village. I’ve seen it eat countless people in the past two months.”

A great demon? Chen Luo’s expression turned serious as he asked, “What does this great demon look like?”

Li Cheng replied, “It’s a zombie with an extremely large head, terrifying. I witnessed it myself, a group of over ten survivors had no chance against it at all.”

Is he talking about Ironhead?

And it has been eating people for two months?

Chen Luo quickly realized that Ironhead wasn’t a mutant but a regular growing zombie.

Zombies could accelerate their evolution by devouring survivors, just like how they absorbed crystals. Once a zombie ate a person, its evolution speed would increase significantly, but there were limits to this process.

However, there are limitations to this process. It’s not as if by consuming a thousand people in a day, it can evolve to the king level instantly. It still needs to progress step by step.

These kinds of zombies have no lifespan restrictions.

Reaching level five at this point indicates that Ironhead has indeed devoured many people, and its inherent talent is also quite impressive.

To confirm, Chen Luo got out of the car and released Ironhead, asking, “Is this the one?”

As soon as Li Cheng saw Ironhead, he was immediately frightened and his legs went weak. If it weren’t for the members holding him back, he would have run away on the spot.

Clearly terrified by Ironhead, Li Cheng stuttered, “It’s him, it’s him, it’s him.”

“Why is he here? Run quickly!”

Chen Luo gave Ironhead a slap and said, “You’re quite something, aren’t you?”

Ironhead cowered, avoiding eye contact with Chen Luo, afraid that Chen Luo might kick him in the groin again.

Li Cheng was dumbfounded. Was this really the big demon king and not just a poor soul?

But Li Cheng had seen Ironhead with his own eyes, and that massive head was also extremely rare.

Who was Chen Luo, and what methods had he used to make a big demon king like Ironhead obedient in his hands?

Ironhead didn’t dare to utter a word after being slapped.

Without witnessing it with his own eyes, Li Cheng couldn’t believe it. For a moment, he looked at Chen Luo with awe in his eyes.

The members also marveled at how it seemed like any zombie that ended up in the hands of their leader became powerless.

Chen Luo waved his hand and said, “Go back to the truck and stay there.”

Ironhead’s eyes flashed with a strange look, but he obediently turned around.

However, when Ironhead saw Chen Luo had his back turned, he made a decision. He didn’t dare to harm Chen Luo but instead chose to make a run for it.

Li Cheng panicked and said, “It’s running away.”

Chen Luo turned around slowly, let out a cold laugh, and quickly caught up.

Chen Luo had done it intentionally. Otherwise, why would he have a reason to beat up Ironhead? This wasn’t just short-term training; it was long-term training that required proper discipline.

Without giving it hope, how could it feel despair? If not disciplined severely, it might find a chance to escape. Could a Level 5 zombie really manage to escape from Chen Luo?

Chen Luo kicked Ironhead to the ground and then showed no mercy, delivering a series of heavy blows, targeting Ironhead’s vulnerable spots.

“Big boss, huh? Thought you had an iron head? Still dared to run? You haven’t experienced a beating yet,” Chen Luo taunted.

Ironhead’s injuries hadn’t healed, and being stomped on by Chen Luo intensified the pain. Tears streamed down Ironhead’s face.

“Stop, please! I was wrong! Ironhead won’t dare anymore.”

Chen Luo paid no heed, continuing the punishment without mercy.

“Wuwu aaahhh!”

Ironhead’s miserable cries pierced the sky. Chen Luo continued kicking for two minutes, and even he was starting to feel out of breath.

“Go back to the car. If you dare to run again, I’ll kick you to death,” Chen Luo ordered.

Ironhead hobbled back to the car, crying and panting as he went. His pitiful appearance made him seem like a helpless child.

Li Cheng was bewildered once again. Could it be that Chen Luo was the real “Big Boss”?

……

(I figured that out a long time ago. I have quite the talent for humor.) XD
