“Mid-level Grand Mage!?” Someone exclaimed in shock.
The moment that aura was released, it suppressed everyone present.
Even low-level Grand mages had a huge gap compared to high-level Intermediate mage. Otherwise, there wouldn’t be people who remained Intermediate mages their whole lives, unable to break through to become a Grand mage.
Not to mention a mid-level Grand Mage. He could nonchalantly defeat several hundred of the low-level mages present.
“What are you doing? You want a fight? Come on!”
But people from the Aries Academy were never afraid.
So what if you’re a Mid-level Grand Mage? We’re all students from the Twelve Academies. Do you dare to kill us? Even if we fall in battle, we’ll get up again!
Just at that moment, a male instructor behind the group calmly said, “What are you doing? Change your clothes.”
The moment he spoke, the students from the Aries Academy immediately fell silent.
Subsequently, the lead Sagittarius student glanced at the instructor behind them, then cast a look at the hostile-looking students from the Aries Academy.
With a smile, he said, “Remember my name, Luo Shifang. If you don’t like me, come and challenge me in this year’s Twelve Academies Trial.”
He chuckled again, saying, “Oh… maybe you guys aren’t qualified to participate in the Twelve Academies Trial, just a bunch of junior mages. Hahaha~”
As Luo Shifang spoke, he laughed heartily and led the others away from there.
The Twelve Academies hold a freshman event every year for all freshmen, but the real highlight is the Twelve Academies Trial. It’s meant for all students below the rank of high-level grand mage.
“This guy is really annoying. So what if he was born a few years earlier? Before the big trial, I must break through to become a grand mage, and by then, I’ll show him!”
“Really disgusting! It’s true that every institute has a few losers… The other students from the Sagittarius Academy are fine.”
“He’s Luo Shifang? Luo Shifang is quite well-known in the Sagittarius Academy! He’s ranked in the top 100 on the overall Cloud Ranking!”
“Top 100? Damn…”
The Cloud Ranking is provided by the Twelve Constellation Palaces and the Star Book Pavilion. It’s a list of strong individuals, led by the Twelve Academies, covering students aged 18 to 24, from low-level Grand mages to mid-level Grand mages.
It’s updated every six months.
The ranking is highly authoritative and takes almost all factors into consideration. Luo Shifang’s ability to rank among the top 100 at such a young age highlights his formidable strength.
Similarly, there is a ranking for high-level grand mages called the “Sky Ranking.” Yan Ran is also on the Sky Ranking, but her ranking isn’t high as she is still young.
There’s also a ranking for Curse Masters called the “Star Ranking.”
There are no rankings for Star Leaders and Intermediate mages.
Star Leaders because no one dares to rank them, would you dare? After all, even the Star Book Pavilion doesn’t dare…
Intermediate mages, on the other hand, are too numerous to count. Regardless of the academy, Intermediate mages make up the majority, so they aren’t worth ranking.
In other words, none of the people present are even eligible to be ranked, but the opponent is already within the top 100 of the Cloud Ranking…
“Instructor! That guy wants to hit on the goddesses from our academy. Aren’t you going to stop him?” An Aries Academy student with a straightforward character spoke his mind.
The instructor rolled his eyes in response, unable to contain his annoyance, “Why don’t you stop him yourself? Keep babbling, and I’ll give you a smack.”
As an instructor, how could he lay hands on a student without a proper reason?
In the various academies within the Fire Nation, as long as fights among students don’t escalate, instructors usually won’t intervene. Conflicts are seen as a form of experience. However, if something serious occurs, the instructors won’t easily let it go. They’d let the young ones fight first, hoping they’ll win; if not, the instructors will step in.
Protecting the students is a characteristic of all academies within the Fire Nation.
“Where’s Chen Ling? Master Chen!”
“Who can contact Chen Ling?”
“Forget it, let’s not bother. Quickly change into clothes and keep an eye on them!”
So everyone quickly donned their towels and rushed out.
Meanwhile, Chen Ling leisurely descended from the sky, muttering to himself, “Strange, where did it go…”
Surprisingly, he didn’t find that “Vengeance Cloud.” However, the attendant before had mentioned that it sometimes appeared with thunder. If it dared to come out again, it wouldn’t get away.
As he looked down from the sky, he witnessed an odd scene. Six men stood at the entrance of the women’s changing room, people Chen Ling hadn’t seen before.
Behind those six were more than 500 men, whom Chen Ling recognized as Aries Academy students. The six men seemed poised to storm the women’s changing room.
What were they up to? Trying to sneak a peek at my wife?
With that, Chen Ling canceled the projection on Sui Li’er, leaving no one but himself able to see her. As for the others, he didn’t care.
At that moment, Luo Yuxiu was in the middle of a conversation with Sui Li’er.
Sui Li’er’s face was flushed, wrapped in a towel, standing amidst the crowd and looking like a child.
Luo Yuxiu was wrapped in a towel, she had a stunning figure that seemed to defy gravity, to the point where she didn’t even need the towel’s fastening; it could just hang there.
On the other hand, after Sui Li’er wrapped herself in a towel, she seemed even flatter, but her little butt was quite perky, and her waist was slim. The legs revealed below the towel were slender and beautiful.
“Why are you so thin, Sui Sui!”
“These legs are so slender.”
Other girls around looked at Sui Li’er’s petite body with envy.
Sui Li’er envied their figures, and they envied her cute and petite appearance.
“Um…” At this moment, Sui Li’er was draped in a towel, and the girls around were looking at her, making her feel embarrassed, “I…”
Before she could finish her sentence, Luo Yuxiu exclaimed in surprise, “Huh? Sui Sui!”
“What…?” Sui Li’er looked at her with a puzzled expression. Why suddenly shout?
She noticed that Luo Yuxiu’s expression was one of horror. Although Luo Yuxiu was facing her, she wasn’t looking at her at all; her gaze seemed fixed on something behind Sui Li’er.
Sui Li’er turned her head to look and found that everyone was looking at her with a horrified expression.
“What…?”
Before she could finish her sentence, people around her interrupted.
“Where is she? How did she suddenly disappear?”
“Sui Sui? Where did you go?”
“Sui Sui!”
Luo Yuxiu grew anxious and immediately went to the room where she had just changed clothes to look for her.
People around started to panic too. This was too terrifying… in broad daylight, a living person suddenly vanished while speaking. It was spooky!
Everyone became frantic.
“I… I’m here…”
Sui Li’er looked at the crowd in confusion, suddenly realizing something. She looked down and confirmed that she couldn’t see her own body either.
She understood that Chen Ling must have canceled the projection on her and felt pleased in her heart.
Lord God must know that I’m feeling shy~
Sui Li’er then took out the phone from her clothes and quickly sent a message to Luo Yuxiu: “Yuxiu, I’ve been taken away by Chen Ling~ Don’t worry about me~”
After receiving the message, Luo Yuxiu also felt relieved.
“It’s alright, everyone. Sui Sui has been taken away by Chen Ling. No need to worry.”
The crowd heaved a sigh of relief and then displayed smiles of understanding.
“Oh~ Love is such a pain~”
After Sui Li’er realized that no one could see her, she was the first to run out.
Others couldn’t see her, but Chen Ling could. She could go find him to play!
They could also… soak in the hot spring together…
〚 Ding~ Sui Sui is feeling shy~ Score +1 billion~ 〛
However, as soon as she stepped outside, she saw the bunch of male students standing at the entrance, eyeing her. Instinctively scared, she hurriedly retreated into the changing room.
“Why are there so many people?” She looked at those people with a hint of fear, “They shouldn’t be able to see me, right?”
Summoning her courage, she secretly stuck around those people. No one could see her from beginning to end, and she felt relieved.
Looking back from a distance, she voiced her confusion, “What’s going on? Why are they standing here?”
“Is Lord God also here?”
Saying this, she approached the crowd and tried to see if Chen Ling was there, while also shouting loudly, “Chen Ling~ Where are you?”
“Smack!”
Suddenly, Sui Li’er felt a pair of hands on her shoulders.
“Ah!”
Startled, she turned around quickly and saw Chen Ling’s smiling face.
“Um! Chen Ling! You scared me…” While speaking, she realized something and quickly covered herself with her arm in embarrassment!
A barrage of thoughts floated through her mind:
(No… Too flat… I won’t let you see!)
Chen Ling felt a sense of amusement: So, does that mean I’ll get to see it when it’s bigger?
