Transmigrating into the Villain’s Sickly Childhood Friend
Transmigrating into the Villain’s Sickly Childhood Friend Chapter 33.2

Hanging up the phone, Qiao Wen directly went to the dock. In fact, he was still a little nervous, it’s not that he wasn’t believing Jiang Yufeng, but he was not sure about the unknown trip to Vietnam.

The old wharf that Jiang Yufeng said was a small freight wharf near the walled city, and it only took more than half an hour to walk there.

Amidst this anxiety Qiao Wen walked very slowly. By the time when he arrived at the dock, Jiang Yufeng was already there. Sitting on a stone pier on the shore, puffing clouds and fog with his younger brothers.

At this time, it was still twenty minutes away from the agreed ten o’clock.

Apart from a few of the younger brothers, there was no one else at the pier. A dim yellow street lamp barely illuminated the night, making the pier more and more deserted and quiet.

Hearing footsteps, Jiang Yufeng turned his head, and saw the thin figure walking step by step through the night light. Taking down the cigarette, curled his lips and smiled, breaking the silence: “Awen? Could it be that Pretty Boy Nan is not daring to come?”

Qiao Wen moved over slowly and said: “Brother Nan will be here soon.”

He looked at Jiang Yufeng’s sharp face, if it weren’t for knowing that this person in the original story would later be Chen Jianan’s loyal right-hand man, he would never let Chen Jianan take this risk.

Even so, he was still a little uneasy, after all, the plot was completely out of control. He walked up to Jiang Yufeng and calmly looked at the younger brothers around him. They looked like Kong Wu’s powerful young men, and seemed unfamiliar. They shouldn’t be from Hexing, but his own mans from outside.

Seeing that he was as embarrassed as always, Jiang Yufeng smiled and waved away the curiously staring young people beside him. He pointed to a stone pier and said, “Sit down.”

Qiao Wen obediently sat down: “Thank you, Brother Feng.”

Jiang Yufeng extinguished the cigarette in his hand, raised his hand to look at the watch, and said, “If this kid Anan doesn’t show up on time, that’s the end of the matter.”

Qiao Wen anxiously said: “No, Brother Nan said that he will come over.”

Jiang Yufeng raised his eyelids to look at him: “You really believe him.”

“We are brothers.” Qiao Wen said it as a matter of course.

Jiang Yufeng shook his head with a smile, and as thought of something, he suddenly asked, “Did you know Nan was doing this from beginning to end, or did you know it later?”

After being silent for a while Qiao Wen whispered back: “I always knew it.”

Jiang Yufeng cursed a foul word in a low voice: “This brat gets into trouble by himself, and still gets you in!”

Qiao Wen said: “Brother Nan is saving people.”

Jiang Yufeng chuckled lightly: “It seems you are very supportive of him.”

Qiao Wen nodded, his voice getting lower and lower: “Well, I support him.”

Seeing him speak as thin as a mosquito Jiang Yufeng thought he was scaring him, and shook his head amusedly: “Don’t worry, you are not a member of the club. Even if you are involved, Brother Feng will not look for you to settle accounts.”

Qiao Wen said: “Thank you, Brother Feng.”

After speaking, he looked down at his watch again. It was only a few minutes from ten o’clock. Chen Jianan, this guy shouldn’t be late, right?

Just as he was feeling uneasy, unhurried footsteps sounded not far away, breaking the quiet night. He looked up excitedly, and sure enough he saw a familiar tall figure walking towards this side step by step.

With the original body memory and the two months of getting along with him, his familiarity with Chen Jianan probably surpassed everyone he had known in his two lifetimes.

Even if that face was completely hidden in the dark night, and the facial features were not clear at all, Qiao Wen knew by his figure that he could not be anyone but Chen Jianan.

“Brother Nan!” He stood up and waved.

Hearing the familiar voice he saw the person in the distance through the faint light, and immediately speeded up. In a blink of an eye he walked in front of Jiang Yufeng and Qiao Wen.

“Brother Feng!” He whispered.

Jiang Yufeng stood up with a stern face, as cold as frosts in the summer night. He stared fiercely at the young man in front of him, suddenly raised his hand and swung a fist at his face.

Chen Jianan’s complexion changed drastically. He subconsciously avoided it, but suddenly he stopped the evasive movement and endured the blow.

Jiang Yufeng was a double flower red stick in He Xing society, what kind of skill can be imagined. He didn’t use any technique for this punch, instead he confiscated half of his strength.

His fist slammed up with a bang, creating a loud noise in the quiet night. While Chen Jianan’s head was smashed to the side, and he also fell to the ground.

Qiao Wen was taken aback, and hurried forward to check his situation: “Brother Nan, how are you?”

“It’s okay.” Chen Jianan sucked cold air and returned to him, only feeling a smell of sweetness in his mouth. He couldn’t help but spit out a mouthful of blood. The half of his face that was hit, before he could feel the pain properly, had become numb, and in the blink of an eye it became red and swollen.

Covering his face with one hand, he stood up with the support of the other hand, and said, “Brother Feng, I was wrong.”

Because half of the face has no sensation, there was some air leakage when speaking.

Jiang Yufeng sneered: “What did you do wrong? You have done a good deed. Now the people in the city are secretly praise you as a hero.”

Chen Jianan glanced at Qiao Wen beside him, and honestly bowed his head and stopped talking.

Jiang Yufeng glanced at him with hatred for iron not steel, and then calmed down, “Is your face okay?”

“It’s okay.” Chen Jianan shook his head hurriedly, because of excessive force, the  wound got pulled, he immediately grimaced in pain and sharply inhaled cold air.

Jiang Yufeng frowned, “I think your brother has already informed you about going to Vietnam, right?”

Chen Jianan nodded in response: “Thank you, Brother Feng, for saving me.”

Jiang Yufeng said insignificantly: “I’ve watched you grow up, I can’t just see you lose your life.”

After some hesitation Chen Jianan tentatively asked, “Is Brother Fei okay?”

Jiang Yufeng smiled and said without a smile: “Thanks to you, He’ll be limping for the rest of his life.”

Hearing this, Chen Jianan shrank his neck with lingering fear, knowing that if it weren’t for Jiang Yufeng, he would really have only one dead end. He couldn’t help feeling a sense of gratitude for life. He thought about it for a while and said: “Brother Feng , Chen Jianan’s life will be yours from now on.”

Jiang Yufeng snorted, “I’m not interested in your little life. Be smart when you go back to Vietnam. If we can deliver the goods smoothly and get the money back safely, the matter will be over.”

Chen Jianan stood up straight and said loudly: “Don’t worry, Brother Feng, I will definitely live up to my mission.”

Jiang Yufeng waved his hand: “Okay, you can’t go back to the walled city for time being. Go back to the place where you are staying these days, four days later, come here and meet me at ten o’clock.”

“Got it, Brother Feng.”

Jiang Yufeng glared at him fiercely, then said to Qiao Wen: “Awen, let’s go back.”

“That…Brother Feng,” Chen Jianan raised his paw and asked cautiously, “Can I have a few words with Xiao Qiao?”
