Chen Ling stared at Sui Li’er, his eyes taking in her appearance. Her naturally flowing aqua blue hair revealed her delicate and pretty face. Her beautiful eyes watched the mobile phone as she turned it back and forth, one small hand gripping it while the other lightly glided over the screen, searching for answers.
Suddenly, the hand holding the device trembled, and her eyes widened in surprise. Her face displayed an expression of disbelief, visibly turning red!
It seemed she had found the answer through her search.
“Huh~” After a soft hum, her lips parted slightly, and she instinctively lowered her head to take a glance.
Her legs lightly pulled in, curling up like a small cat, and her fair neck blushed red. She resembled a ripe fruit.
It finally dawned on Chen Ling that although she appeared small, she was already… ahem, mature.
〚 Ding~ Target Sui Li’er, emotional anomaly, +100 million points! 〛
〚 +100 million points! 〛
Chen Ling was taken aback. What on earth was this 100 million points?
Previously, it jumped up to 100 million total, but now it seemed to be flooding in! And the bullet comments floating above Sui Li’er’s head were increasing rapidly.
( Oh my god! )
( I… I actually…)
At that moment, Sui Li’er glanced up at Chen Ling and noticed him staring absentmindedly at her. This frightened her, and she quickly hid her mobile phone behind her back.
“Huh~ What are you doing?” Her voice was soft, delicate, and slightly trembling, incredibly alluring to the ears. “You’re not allowed to look at my mobile phone…”
After saying that, Sui Li’er didn’t dare to look at him. She gazed absentmindedly at his chest, and suddenly, the world became quiet. She could only hear the gentle raindrops hitting the window and the sound of her own heartbeat.
Chen Ling snapped back to reality, his face turning red.
“I didn’t look, I’m going to sleep.” With that, he lay flat on the sofa, closed his eyes, and pretended to be dead.
Sui Li’er didn’t dare to speak either, and the two of them fell into an awkward silence. Their heartbeats raced faster and faster.
Chen Ling’s inner thoughts: Who will save me?
Sui Li’er: Help! I can’t face Lord God anymore! I… I’m so awkward!? Sob, sob, I wasn’t like this before…
She secretly stole a glance at him and her mind was in chaos. After a while, she couldn’t bear it any longer. She quietly crawled off the sofa.
Chen Ling naturally sensed her movement but continued to play dead, pretending not to notice.
She tiptoed, taking three steps and then looking back, and quietly returned to her room. The moment she closed the door, it felt like a weight had been lifted, and she let out a long sigh of relief.
Leaning against the door, she breathed softly.
With Chen Ling not by her side, she quickly calmed down. Then, she silently walked to her desk and took out her diary. She hesitated for a moment, then decided to pick up the pen.
〚 Sob, sob, help! Today, I turned into a big awkward fool. I actually had those kinds of thoughts about the Lord God! (crossed out) No! It’s my body that’s having those thought. That’s not what I truly think. I definitely don’t think like that! What should I do? I’m no longer pure. 〛
As she wrote, she suddenly glanced fearfully at the side. For some reason, she felt like there were eyes staring at her from behind.
Feeling scared, she closed her diary and muttered softly, “Lord God wouldn’t sneak a peek, right?”
At this moment, Chen Ling, who was standing invisibly behind her, nodded. No, I won’t.
He couldn’t help but find amusement in Sui Li’er’s diary, which was like that of a silly fool.
Sui Li’er then stared at what she had written and went into a daze. After a while, she finally snapped out of it and wrote a few large characters:
〚 No being lewd! Lord God treats me so well, how can I be lewd! 〛
Chen Ling, after seeing it, couldn’t help but lick his lips. It’s not that you can’t be… Ahem.
Then, as if determined, Sui Li’er closed her diary and put it back in her drawer.
She gently patted her face and whispered, “Yes! Forget it! What just happened doesn’t count, that wasn’t me!”
“No being lewd! We are pure!”
“Training! Training will make me forget!”
Saying that, she planned to go find Chen Ling. As soon as the thought crossed her mind, Chen Ling teleported to the living room. He continued lying on the sofa, playing dead as if nothing had happened.
When Sui Li’er saw Chen Ling upon coming out, she became a bit timid.
“No, I’m not ready yet!” She quickly returned to her room.
Just then, the voice of the little fox demon suddenly rang out, “Sui Sui, it’s time to eat!”
“I’m coming!” When she opened the door, she saw the little fox standing in front of Min Jiangyun with a smile.
“Oh, Three-Second Brother, huhuhu~”
〚 Target Min Jiangyun feels angry, score -2 million! 〛
Every time she came, she would deduct points from Min Jiangyun and torment him mentally.
Upon seeing Sui Li’er, the little fox immediately ran over.
“Sui Sui, guess what we’re having to eat… Hm?” Her voice suddenly stopped, and she couldn’t help but sniff her own fox nose. As a fox, her sense of smell was far superior to that of ordinary people. Sniffing and sniffing, she approached Sui Li’er.
“Hmm? What’s that scent?” The little fox wrinkled her brow and sniffed around Sui Li’er incessantly.
“Huh? Is there something peculiar about me?” Sui Li’er felt a bit shy and evaded her gaze.
The little fox looked at Sui Li’er with confusion, scrutinizing her from top to bottom. “Hmm, there’s a faint strange smell. Is it just my imagination?”
Sui Li’er: “Ah?”
She immediately thought of something. It was the water from earlier!
Did it have a smell? She had sniffed it before, and there was no smell! Why could the little fox smell it?
“No!” Sui Li’er quickly took a couple of steps back in fear, her face blushing again.
The little fox looked at the shy and blushing Sui Li’er in puzzlement. “What’s wrong?”
“Don’t come near me!” Sui Li’er quickly ran back into the house, heading towards her room.
As she ran, she glanced at Chen Ling on the sofa. Seeing him asleep, she breathed a sigh of relief. He shouldn’t have heard, right?
Then she quickly rushed into her room and went straight into the bathroom. She needed to take a shower! It was a must!
She hadn’t even thought that there would still be a scent on her clothes. When she took off the pants Chen Ling had bought for her, she couldn’t help but take a look.
“It’s strange, there shouldn’t be any scent left, so why is there still a smell!?” She even lifted them to her nose and sniffed.
“There’s nothing, so how could she smell it? Oh~”
“It’s so embarrassing.”
Meanwhile, the little fox had arrived in the living room, and Chen Ling had opened his eyes. But the little fox didn’t dare to talk to him, keeping her head down and avoiding his gaze. She quickly placed the dishes on the table.
“A nine-demon black mountain centipede stewed on low heat for six hours. Enjoy your meal, thank you for your patronage!” After saying that, she quickly prepared to slip away.
However, Sui Li’er’s voice suddenly came from the room. “Xuan Xuan, wait for me! Don’t leave yet!”
“Huh?” The little fox glanced at Chen Ling, then walked to the door of Sui Li’er’s room.
“What’s the matter?”
“Wait for me!”
“Okay!”
Soon, Sui Li’er finished showering, put on her clothes, and gently opened the door. She glanced at Chen Ling and saw that he was already awake. She then extended her hand and beckoned to the little fox, indicating for her to come in quickly.
The little fox entered with a puzzled expression on her face. “What’s going on?”
Sui Li’er awkwardly clenched her small hands and spoke softly: “Um, can you sniff me again and see if there’s that scent?”
She was genuinely afraid that Chen Ling would smell that scent. If he smelled it, she would truly be too embarrassed to face him.
“Oh~ Let me smell again.” Saying that, the little fox approached once more.
She sniffed from top to bottom. Then she shook her head.
“It’s not there, it smells nice. By the way, what was that scent earlier? It felt a bit… peculiar?”
“Ah~” Sui Li’er let out a soft hum, her face turning red as she quickly explained.
“No, it’s not my scent! I didn’t have that scent!”
