Accidentally Married a Man Full of Vinegar
Accidentally Married a Man Full of Vinegar Chapter 2

TL: snaggletooth

Chu Yi didn’t know what Qin Yiheng meant.

He also doesn’t know what Qin Yiheng wants.

The scar on the inner thigh?

How can this be said out loud?

The sound insulation in his office…

Isn’t very good!

“If Mr. Chu still has any suspicions, then… “ Qin Yiheng seemed to want to continue.

Chu Yi quickly interrupted him, “I believe it, I believe it.”

It’s quite simple to check if the two shared a bed and slept on the same pillow, he can just ask the hotel.

“Mr. Qin,” Chu Yi regained his composure and softened his voice, “You said just now that you want to marry me?”

Qin Yiheng, “Correct.”

In order to stabilize his mind, as well as to appear more dignified and generous, Chu Yi decided to make tea.

He took out the tea leaves, asked, “Why do you suddenly want to get married?”

Qin Yiheng said, “I said this just now, I planned to get married this year.”

Chu Yi felt inexplicable, though he continued to ask, “But why me?”

Qin Yiheng said, “I said this just now too, you are very suitable.”

Qin Yiheng showed had can you stop asking such useless questions particularly written on his face.

Chu Yi gulped, and brought out the main point, “But Mr. Qin, we are not familiar with each other.”

Qin Yiheng nodded, “That is indeed a problem.”

Chu Yi stopped his hands from moving and waited for Qin Yiheng to continue speaking.

Qin Yiheng continued, “But if Mr. Chu agrees to get married, then from hereafter we will have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other better.”

Chu Yi: ? ? ?

This, isn’t the order getting a bit mixed up?

How is it getting married first before getting to know each other?

And not getting to know each other first before getting married?

Chu Yi really wanted to converse more in-depth with Qin Yiheng, but it was obvious that Qin Yiheng does not have much time.

After this passage was over, Qin Yiheng’s cell phone rang.

It seems to be from an alarm reminder app or someone’s message. In short, Qin Yiheng only took a glance at it before putting his phone back.

“Mr. Chu,” Qin Yiheng collected his suit jacket and stood up, “I still have something to do.”

Chu Yi stood up as well.

Qin Yiheng looked at his watch, “It is 10:23 in the morning right now, I will visit your store again at 3 in the afternoon. At that time, can Mr. Chu give me an answer? Four and a half hours, will that be enough?”

Chu Yi was extremely baffled, “It’s enough.”

Qin Yiheng said, “If you agree, I ask that Mr. Chu gather all the necessary documents, and then we can go register for the certificate.”

Chu Yi, “Cert-certificate? This quickly?”

Qin Yiheng explained, “I will be on a business trip tomorrow and will only be back on Monday.”

Chu Yi did the calculations, the business trip would be seven days long, he asked, “Why can’t we decide after the business trip?”

Qin Yiheng showed a very disapproving expression, “I don’t like to delay matters that can clearly be solved quickly.”

Chu Yi gulped. He held back and didn’t let out but this is marriage out loud.

But! This is! Marriage!

Chu Yi, “Okay, I will consider it.”

Qin Yiheng showed his first smile today, “Mn, see you.”

Chu Yi escorted Qin Yiheng to the door, watched him as he got into his car and left. Chu Yi went back to his office only after the car disappeared from his sight.

Qin Yiheng took away all the important things and left a two paged document on the coffee table.

And what were these two pages?

Chu Yi might as well call it.

A resume.

It contains information about Qin Yiheng from kindergarten to present.

There is also a one-inch picture. Written beside it: Male, 30 years old, President of Feiyun Network.

The resume was not very detailed, but it is still two full pages. While drinking tea and finishing the bread from before, he read over these two pages.

Mar? Ri? Age?

To be honest, Chu Yi’s heart was a little shaken.

Yesterday, he went on a blind date.

It was arranged by his mom, this is the tenth time this month.

And of these ten times, which one of them was better than Qin Yiheng?

Qin Yiheng has a lot of money, is handsome, cool, and a man who could be praised by many words.

It’s hard not to be shaken.

Not sure what Qin Yiheng checked up about Chu Yi that made him say they are suitable.

But Qin Yiheng clearly seemed to be the kind of person everyone would want to spend the rest of life with.

Chu Yi stared at Qin Yiheng’s resume and zoned out.

Yesterday, after he said he didn’t like his blind date. His mom shouted over the phone, saying if he doesn’t get married this year, then he doesn’t need to come back for New Year.

Look, isn’t this, quite a coincidence…

But still, he was still puzzled, what exactly was Qin Yiheng’s reason for marriage?

Saying something like he planned to get married this year, something like you are suitable or whatever, all serious like that! Chu Yi almost believed it.

Could it be that a fortune-teller told him he must find a person with the surname Chu so that his career will get better?

Or could it be that he was unlucky this year? And needs marriage to bring in some luck?

Or or, does he have a hidden disease?

Uh, hidden disease’s probably not it.

Chu Yi was certain that Qin Yiheng doesn’t have any hidden disease.

Or or or, Qin Yiheng’s mom also threatened him over the phone saying if he doesn’t get married this year, he doesn’t have to come back home for New Year!

Haha, he’s just guessing aimlessly.

Chu Yi turned the resume back to the first page. Since he already finished his bread, now he can eat up this resume.

Feiyun Network.

Chu Yi took out his phone and searched for this company. The page quickly popped up, there really was a page with an introduction to the company.

Quite a big company, founded six years ago by Qin Yiheng.

It was like this resume, the introduction was two mobile pages. Chu Yi earnestly finished going over it and then held up Qin Yiheng’s resume in his hands once again.

Kind of like a dream, this man actually wants to marry him?

He still wants to know why.

Chu Yi turned off his phone and went back to go over the resume.

But when he saw Qi Yiheng’s university, he jumped up from his chair in shock.

With nobody around him, Chu Yi couldn’t share this news with anyone.

Qin Yiheng was actually from the same school as him, a senior 3 years older that majored in computer science.

Chu Yi raised his head and searched his brain for this person very seriously, but just like this morning, he still found nothing.

Alright fine, they had no interactions in university, they just happened to be from the same school.

As he continued to read the next two lines, Chu Yi still felt a little reconciled. So he took out his phone and opened WeChat. He tapped into a university senior’s chat.

This senior is in computer science, named Zhao Yao, two years older than him. They were in the student union together and their relationship is not bad. Even a month ago, this senior came to find him for a logo design.

Chu Yi: Xuezhang[1]senior, you free?
Chu Yi: Wanna ask you something.
Chu Yi: Do you know Qin Yiheng?

According to Chu Yi’s understanding, this senior has plenty of leisure after starting his own business. So in less than half a minute, as expected, his senior replied.

Zhao Yao: Qin Yiheng?
Zhao Yao: The one that’s my senior?
Chu Yi: Yeah
Zhao Yao: What’s up?
Zhao Yao: I know him but he doesn’t know me
Chu Yi: How is he as a person?
Zhao Yao: He’s a mountaintop flower[2]someone that can only be seen from a distance and cannot be touched, very aloof and hard to approach
Zhao Yao: But he is indeed outstanding, didn’t he start his own business now? He’s doing quite well, his name is even hung up on the department walls
Zhao Yao: Why do you ask about him?

Chu Yi paused.

There is no way he can tell his senior that he was about to get married to this person.

Chu Yi: I ran into him, noticed that he was from our school so I asked
Chu Yi: It’s nothing really

Zhao Yao did not continue to question him and ended the conversation by saying they should get food sometime.

Chu Yi put down his phone and continued to study the resume. Since it was only two pages, he couldn’t find anything else no matter how hard he looked.

Qin Yiheng said he would come back at 3 in the afternoon, and Chu Yi thought that he seemed like someone who dislikes dawdling, so he might as well stop dawdling.

After lunch, he drove back home and secretly took out his household account book[3]an official document needed to register for marriage from his mom’s room.

The rest of the time after that was for waiting for Qin Yiheng.

As the time approached 3 o’clock, the more nervous Chu Yi became. He became so nervous that he wasn’t even in the mood to chitchat with his employees. Instead, he hid in his office and became all nervous by himself.

Very soon, the alarm for 2:59 on his phone rang.

Chu Yi suddenly panicked, picked up his household account book, stood up, then sat back down, opened the office door, then shut it back close, and finally sat down on the sofa.

The sound of the car came from outside the studio, Chu Yi conscientiously listened to the movements outside.

The street at 3 o’clock wasn’t crowded, so the sound of the door of the car closing was particularly clear.

Chu Yi was so nervous that his palms were sweating.

“Excuse me, is Mr. Chu here?”

Chu Yi heard Qin Yiheng’s voice.

Magnetic and deep, so damn nice.

Xiao[4]nickname prefix-Zhan answered him, “Our boss is in his office.”

Soon after, Xiao-Zhan led Qin Yiheng to the office, knocked, and pushed the door open.

Xiao-Zhan with his back turned towards Qin Yiheng, said with an ambiguous expression, “Boss, the gentleman from this morning is looking for you.

After saying this, he closed the door sensibly.

Oh great, now there’s only Chu Yi and Qin Yiheng left alone in the office.

Unlike this morning, where he was mostly dumbfounded, he was so nervous at this moment that his heart was literally about to jump out.

He smiled at Qin Yiheng, “Hello.”

He stretched out his hand subconsciously, but after remembering Qin Yiheng seemed to dislike having physical contact with him, he awkwardly retracted his hand.

Qin Yiheng said, “Hello.” Then went straight into it, “Have you decided?”

Chu Yi nodded, “Yes, I agree.”

Qin Yiheng didn’t seem to be surprised at all, as if he knew this would be the answer, he slightly nodded his head, and made a please go ahead gesture, “Let’s go then.”

Chu Yi muddled along with everything that followed.

He changed into a suit in order to register for the certificate.

The two took photos, photocopied their IDs, swore an oath, then finally got stamped.

After coming out of the Civil Affairs Bureau, Chu Yi looked up at the sky and fell in a trance.

Then he turned his head to look at his legal husband who was standing half a meter away, and fell into another trance.

He previously asked Qin Yiheng what are they doing next, and how did Qin Yiheng answer?

“I still have something to do at my company, Mr. Chu, please do as you like.”

It really seemed like he had time to spare so he came to get married. Out the door, Qin Yiheng asked Chu Yi if he needed to be sent back to his studio, in which Chu Yi politely said no out of manner, then Qin Yiheng actually left by himself.

What kind of cold-blooded aloof husband did he get married to?

Holding his marriage certificate in his hands while feeling at a loss, Chu Yi watched Qin Yiheng’s car drive away. He only came back to his senses after several seconds.

Good lord, he doesn’t have Qin Yiheng’s contact information.

This…

Is indeed quite do as you like

I’m not going to lie. At this point of life, convinient marriage doesn’t sound so bad anymore. It’s hard to find someone to marry, and all the emotional up and down are just so tiring. If someone showed up wanting to marry me, I’ll probably just agree as well and have it done.
