I Became the Villain’s Pendant
I Became the Villain’s Pendant Chapter 49 Feeling Aggrieved

Shao Bai had never expected him to have lost his mind at a critical moment.

But who the hell called him in the end?

The voice sounded like a girl.

But which girl knows him? The voice does not sound like Rou’er.

No matter how much he thought, he couldn’t figure out who called him in the end.

This time to find his brother Shao Xin, he broke into the Demon camp alone.

In fact, he had been cultivating behind a closed door and had no idea about what was happening outside. It was just shortly after his breakthrough; he felt the breath of his younger brother’s soul talisman disappear.

And he couldn’t help but get a bad premotion in his heart: ‘something happened to Shao Xin.’

With this thought, he almost went mad, and no longer cared about other things. Even though he hadn’t completely refined the Spiritual Method, he mizzled the gate.

It was only after leaving the gate that he realized drastic changes had taken place.

In addition to the Demon injuring Ji Yunqing, and Rou’er fighting alone against those ambitious sects in isolation, both of them had gone missing.

He was in between the line of whether to find Rou’er or to save the brother.

His younger brother has been wandering outside for so many years. He had not resolved the rift of the past, and his life and death were unknown. Despite wanting to find Rou’er, Shao Bai knew if his brother really fell into demon hands, he would not be able to find his corpse once it was too late.

Perhaps if his brother was dead but his soul was still there, then he could find a way to resurrect.

Although Rou’er was missing, maybe nothing happened to her. Now if he goes to Demon camp, maybe he could find out that Rou’er’s disappearance was related to the devil…

After persuading himself, he resolutely chose to break into the demon camp alone. Those simple enchantments were no match for him. He intended to have a quick victory, but when seeing the imprisoned mortals’ compassion moved him to let them go, eventually which led him to confront Yin Xuezhuo.

Yin Xuezhuo was even more powerful than before.

In the past, he was no match for him and was doomed to die against him, but now he made a big breakthrough in his realm and could fight against him.

But a man who had just broken through the Divine transformation stage was still far away from Yin Xuezhuo’s full transformation stage. Not to mention the fact that as a Nightmare, he had absorbed lots of spiritual veins, and his body was like a vast ocean, with an endless amount of spiritual energy, so that he would never die from exhaustion.

At the camp, he also vaguely noticed that he held a little girl in his arms.

She was petite, most of her figure was shrouded in Yin Xuezhuo’s black robe, and he didn’t know who she was to Yin Xuezhuo.

Couldn’t see the depth.

Originally, he didn’t plan to tangle with Yin Xuezhuo. Before breaking into the demon camp, he came with full preparation. He exchanged the teleportation charms for millions of spirit stones that could instantly make him free from entanglement, and he also only used them at that time.

Unexpectedly, he was still overturned.

Bai Bai……?

Before breaking in Shao Bai used the technique of disguise, but he really couldn’t figure out how he was recognized by others, and why he was called his childhood’s nickname, and on top of that the person who called his name…seemed to be the little girl in the arms of the demon.?

What is going on?!

Even though he was puzzled and had lots of questions going on, he didn’t have the time to think about these details. Because as soon as he teleported to an uninhabited place, he felt that the surrounding spell formation was instantly re-reinforced. It was many times stronger than before—Yin Xue Zhuo personally sealed it off here.

Immediately afterward, he heard the hissing of the herd of beasts.

‘Block, search, dig three feet under the ground, you must catch him.’

The blood on Shao Bai’s back dripped all the way as he walked, and his breathing was disordered. The smell of human blood was too obvious to the demons. So he first tried to stop the bleeding, and then with his last resort, he tried to escape to the nest of the Black goldfinch.

The black goldfinches were large in size and had many offspring, their nest was better for hiding. He trolled inside the nest and, after killing all the black goldfinches there, he covered his figure with vines and applied a blinding technique outside so that those demons could not easily find him.

Then, unable to hold it anymore, his eyes rolled over and passed out.

“Bai Bai?”

Ji Yan sat beside Bai Bai and cautiously poked his head while calling him tentatively.

“Ouu ouuuu…”

The big guy lying on the ground was motionless, with a pair of ears drooping down, and kept making a pitiful whimper. The whimpering sound was rising and falling as if it was crying.

His eyes stared blankly and looked dull.

From time to time he sobbed, but he didn’t shed tears, just burping.

The hair on his body was completely bald.

In fact, it wasn’t only bald, but also scorched.

At the moment emitting an unpleasant burnt smell, his majestic appearance, and the big fluffy tail that caused pride were all gone at this moment, and replaced by a half-baked dog, and looked ugly.

Bai Bai: I don’t want to live.

Seeing that he had been hit so hard and looking so aggrieved, Ji Yan couldn’t bear it and wanted to touch and comfort him several times, but the problem was, she didn’t know where to start.

And just as she imagined, the baldness was actually the kind that cats and dogs shaved in summer.

She never thought he would be so miserable.

After pondering for a while, she said, “Bai Bai, your hair will grow back, don’t be sad.”

Bai Bai: “Ow woo woo woo woo woo woo.”

Ji Yan: “Do you want to wash it? Actually, it’s not so ugly after washing…”

Bai Bai cried louder: “Uuuuuuu!!!

Ji Yan: “…”

Well, she was not good at coaxing children.

She raised her head to look at Yin Xuezhuo on the side.

In fact, not only Bai Bai but the big butterfly was also extremely unhappy at the moment. If it weren’t for Ji Yan to drag him not to be invisible, he would have hung up long ago.

He looked unhappy, with sullen eyebrows, his side face revealed a three-point cold killing intent, standing on a high place, condescendingly looking down at the group of demons searching around below.

Ji Yan sighed.

Alas, these two were really difficult to deal with, one was crying to death, and the other one was angry to death. Could you learn from her mentality?

Ji Yan stretched out her hand and tugged Yin Xuezhuo’s clothes, and seeing he didn’t bother them, she kept tugging until he looked down at her.

His eyes were full of impatience, and his tone was hostile. “What are you doing?”

Ji Yan pointed to Bai Bai: “It…”

Yin Xuezhuo: “He can’t die.”

Hearing this, Bai Bai was even more grieved: “Uuuuuuuuuuu…”

Ji Yan was speechless for a moment. You raised him. At least can you stop being so cold and like him a little? Didn’t your attitude make things worse?

Ji Yan was still soft-hearted and continued to tug at Yin Xuezhuo’s clothes, and then pulled him back again, before saying: “But he’s very sad. If you touch him, he might feel better…”

Hearing this Bai Bai’s whimper grew louder. While crying hard, he tilted his head and peeked at Yin Xuezhuo quietly from the corner of his eyes.

Yin Xuezhuo’s eyebrows and eyes were full of violence, and his thin lips pursed coldly. When hearing her say this, his gloomy eyes coldly swept at Bai Bai.

He said gloomily: “Try crying again?”

Bai Bai: “Uuuuuu…hiccup.”

It burped and stopped crying.

Persuaded.

Ji Yan: “…”

Is it okay for you to intimidate people like this?

He just wanted you to touch him.

With such a big temper, he could kill anyone who was here to make trouble.

Ji Yan pursed her lips and was a little unhappy. The three words “unhappy” were written on her face so blatantly. Yin Xuezhuo narrowed his eyes and said coldly: “Are you unhappy? Because I don’t touch him? Just because of it, you take it out on me?”

His tone always made people feel that the next sentence was “Then I will kill Bai Bai.” Once Qiu Mi said that Yin Xuezhuo had even killed those who were closest to him. She was not sure if he would have a murderous intention.

She didn’t dare to counter back for a while, sitting on the spot with her eyes down.

But Yin Xuezhuo had already been infuriated. He directly bent over, and picked her up by the collar, pinched her chin with his fingers, and made her look up.

“Don’t let your indulgence in the last few days make you forget who you are.” His deep eyes looked directly at her and said gloomily: “This life of yours, is also given to you by me, if you dare to betray me, I can take it back at any time.”

His chest was churning with indescribable anger, whether it was because of her behavior for Bai Bai or something else.

She was angry with him because he didn’t touch Bai Bai?

She even owns his life, why should she care about others?

His fingertips pressed her chin hard. Her eyebrows wrinkled in pain, and he could also feel the pain that was coming from his jaw.

This pain was the lesson he wanted to teach her.

At this moment, his mind was filled with countless thoughts. Take her to his side and kill her before it was too late, teach her a lesson that would be engraved in her bones, or tie her up…

His eyes were overwhelmed with emotions, and before he could decide, he felt a wetness on his fingers.

Coming back to the sense, he saw her crying.

His brows frowned in confusion and wondered.

, and

Was she crying in the pain? Or… because of something else?

He let go of his hand, and as soon as Ji Yan, who lost the grip fell softly to the ground, curled up into a small ball, and quickly raised her hand and wiped her tears.

Her nose was sore and she bit her lower lip to keep herself from crying.

But still feeling so wrong.

She didn’t betray him.

Yin Xuezhuo was not a good person. He was an inhumane lunatic, moody, ruthless, and capable of killing anyone, how could she forget about this?

He was such a demon.

Because of unhappiness, he could kill everyone.

Including her.

For some reason, Ji Yan was always calm when he threatened to kill her many times before and wasn’t sad at all, but now she felt bad like this, just thinking about it.

“Then why haven’t you killed me?” Ji Yan bit her lip, holding back her sobs, and snapped: “You just kill me! In your eyes, I’m just a toy that can be crushed to death at any time. You still don’t kill me, are you waiting for me to beg you to kill me?”

She got a temper, her tone gradually lost control and divulged some wailing.

Yin Xuezhuo frowned when he heard one of the sentences, and his expression became a bit weird.

“A toy that can be crushed to death at any time?” He asked, “Who told you?”

Ji Yan hatefully returned, “Isn’t it!”

Everything about her must be according to his preferences. He always bullied her and never considered her thoughts. Everything about her must be within his tolerance. If she had been puffed up and became more aggressive, then he would pinch her as hard as he did today.

Yin Xuezhuo quietly looked at the crying little girl on the ground.

Suddenly, he was confused and lost in his thoughts.

Is it?

What is a toy? He used to catch a few Nascent-level monks who tried to assassinate him before, a man and a woman. Then he abandoned their cultivation and kept them by his side. In order to live, they humiliate each other to the point of killing and he liked to watch them revealing their ugliest appearance.

But sadly, those two did not live for three days in his hands, and died horribly. As for how they died bit by bit, Yin Xuezhuo’s impression was not deep, except that he enjoyed their “play” so much. Their blood stained a large lawn.

He rarely bothered to remember things he didn’t care about.

But by no means was it like Ji Yan.

No, it’s not.

She was nothing, Yin Xuezhuo had said nothing like this before, and he was also at a loss for a while, unable to figure out why she said it.

Did he treat her badly?

He had never smiled at anyone since he became a demon, never treated anyone well, and never let anyone sleep in his arms.

He did everything he didn’t think would do.

He lowered his eyes and was silent for a moment, then suddenly squatted down, and looked at her tear-stained face, after thinking about it he said seriously: “I treat you very well.”

    Thank you for the chapter!

Ugh. Sweetie, not killing her and torturing her is considered treating her well? I guess in his view it is. But to her? Constantly humiliating her, ignoring her, invalidating her. Not allowing her to be anything but what YOU deem good or what you want. In any other setting this can be immediately said to be ab*se.
